I've had this page for over two years and I haven't taken it serious or updated that's because I lost my former page and building another page seems like a whole lot and truly it's a whole lot because it's requires time and effort..

Few weeks ago I decided to bring this page alive and the first step in achieving that is by changing the page name from Gold stories Arena to Adeola Gold Oluwapelumi Page, the content from this page will be mainly about me and some other general happenings.

Like, follow and invite people to this page.

Whenever you see or know a person going through a tough phase, the best you can do for them at that moment is to cheer them up and not talk down on them or say things that'll keep them wallowing in their misery.

Our words have the ability to lighten them up and that's only if we choose the right words fit for that moment, encourage anyone going through a rough moment and never belittle or blame them because of the situation they are in.

Be kind with your choice of words always.

As a parent, especially mothers, while training and teaching your male children house chores teach them with the motive of being able to help themselves and to be responsible. Don’t teach them with the motive of using the knowledge only when they are away from home and when they are yet to marry, let them know the importance of knowing how to do house chores and how to help their partners when they have one.
I once heard a mom telling her daughter that his brother didn’t really need to know how to do house chores cos at the end of the day someone will still do them for him(tho the boy knows how to do house chores already). To me I feel it isn’t necessary saying the boy will later get married and will not need to do house chores again, that might make him believe that house chores are women’s thing and he’ll end up not seeing reasons to lend a helping hand....
