•The Power of your Vote🗳 •

Dear People of Ekiti State and Nigerians at large,

A nation does not rise because of the promises of politicians; it rises because of the decisions of its people.

As we move closer to every election season, it is important to remember that leadership is not chosen on election day alone~it is chosen by the values we uphold before we get to the ballot box.

When votes are sold, the future is sold. When conscience is traded for temporary gain, communities pay the price for years. A bag of rice may last for days, but the consequences of poor leadership can last for generations.

The greatest investment any citizen can make is not in a politician, but in the future of the society they desire for their children.

Choose leaders with character over charisma. Choose competence over empty slogans. Choose integrity over inducement. Choose vision over division.

A true leader does not buy the people's voice; a true leader earns their trust through service, accountability, and genuine commitment to development.

Let us reject every attempt to reduce our future to a transaction. Our votes are not commodities. They are powerful instruments for shaping the destiny of our communities, our state, and our nation.

History remembers the people who stood for what was right, not those who settled for what was convenient.

May wisdom guide our choices, courage strengthen our convictions, and may Nigeria continue on the path of peace, progress, and prosperity.🙏🏼

Your vote is your voice. Your conscience is your compass. Protect both.✅

HAPPY SUNDAY!
_"The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee." — Numbers 6:24-25_

As we embrace the beauty of this blessed Sunday, may God's peace rest upon every home, His wisdom guide every decision, and His unfailing mercy speak for you in every area of your life.

May this new week bring renewed strength for the weary, hope for the discouraged, and opportunities for those trusting God for a breakthrough. May your heart be filled with gratitude, your family surrounded by divine protection, and your path illuminated by God's favor.

Let us continue to show love, extend kindness, and uphold the values that unite us as a people. In a world that often faces challenges, compassion remains our greatest strength, and faith remains our anchor.

I pray that joy will replace every burden, peace will overcome every anxiety, and God's abundant blessings will locate you and your loved ones today and throughout the week ahead.

Have a peaceful, joyful, and grace-filled Sunday.

Happy Sunday to the good people of Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.🤍

As Muslims mark this blessed Friday Jummah and reflect on the recently concluded Eid-ul-Kabir celebration, OFT has shared a heartfelt message calling for peace, unity, compassion, and responsible living within our communities.

The message reminded citizens that Eid-ul-Kabir is not only a time of celebration, but also a powerful reminder of sacrifice, humility, patience, and faith — values that are needed now more than ever in society.

Speaking through a special Jummah Mubarak flyer released earlier today, OFT encouraged people to continue showing love to one another, supporting the less privileged, and choosing understanding over division.

“At a time when many families are facing different challenges, we must continue to hold on to hope, humanity, and the values that keep us together as one people,” the message stated.

The statement also offered prayers for peace across the nation, wisdom for leaders, protection for families, and better opportunities for the younger generation.

The Jummah and Eid message ended with prayers for Allah’s mercy, blessings, and guidance upon every home and community.

Eid Mubarak & Happy Children's Day

“And proclaim to the people the Hajj; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass.” — Qur’an 22:27

As we celebrate the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Kabir, I extend my warmest greetings to all Muslim faithful in Ekiti State, across Nigeria, and around the world.

Eid-ul-Kabir is a sacred reminder of faith, sacrifice, obedience, humility, and devotion to Almighty Allah. It teaches us that true greatness is found not in power or possessions, but in compassion, discipline, service to humanity, and unwavering trust in God.

At a time when our society faces many challenges, this season calls on us to strengthen the bonds of peace, unity, tolerance, and love for one another. No nation can truly progress where hatred, division, and violence are allowed to thrive. We must continue to promote understanding across religious and ethnic lines, remembering that our shared humanity is greater than our differences.

Let us also remember the less privileged, extend kindness to our neighbours, support the vulnerable, and pray sincerely for the peace, security, and prosperity of Ekiti State and Nigeria as a whole.

May Almighty Allah accept our prayers, sacrifices, and acts of worship. May this Eid bring renewed hope, divine blessings, good health, lasting peace, and abundant joy to every home.

Eid Mubarak!🤍
