Dear man or woman of God,

In ministry, be very careful of LOUD PEOPLE

Loud people are those who come making hasty promises to you:

They promise to serve with you and to follow you to the end. They promise to fight for you and defend you

They tell you how bright the future of your ministry is and how the ministry will go global.

They are quick to give you prophecies of the great things God is showing you about your life and ministry

While some loud people might be genuine and sincere, it has been proven that 80 percent of loud people are never committed to a course other than their selfish desire to be seen or heard even in places they aren't qualified to be heard yet

When the storms of life come at you they take cover. They don't want to be identified with your ugly story, they only want to partake in your glory

Correct them when they go wrong and they will rebel. Refuse to give them the opportunities they want to have to carry out their selfish ambitions and they will cut ties with you immediately

They can't create their own platform
They don't have the character and the wherewithal to create it so they look for already made platforms to build something for themselves

As long as you're popular you're either their role model or spiritual father or mother

For them it isn’t about process, it's about proceeds.

They will revere you for as long as the proceeds are pouring on them but vilify you when the supplies are cut

When they are with you they sing your praise with high pitch soprano, but when they leave you they have something bad to say about you.

I've studied this trend; this people ALWAYS have something bad to say about the last place or the last person they left. Anybody coming under your ministry should go through the process of understanding you, the vision and above all be a bearer of the character and fruits of the Spirit. Value the QUIET PEOPLE who always work behind the scene to make things work without fighting to be noticed and appreciated. They're your real burden bearers

You must not allow bad days and bad experiences to set the course of your future.

It is easy to blame everyone else, but nothing will change until you look in the mirror and take full responsibility.

Own it and say:

I made bad choices.
I was lazy.
I didn’t maximize my opportunities.
I was not a good father/husband.
I did not handle my relationships well.

After owning the truth, ask yourself the most important question:

“What can I do now to change this?”

Forget about what others may think of you because of your past attitude, mistakes, or habits.
Focus on building the right values and habits daily. When you take these steps, time becomes your friend.

In a matter of time, you will become a better person.

Do not procrastinate.

Take responsibility today and embark on a journey of self-transformation.

People may still treat you like the old version of yourself, but don’t you treat yourself that way.

You are valuable, and God has great plans for you.
