Collaborating with Otherwise Life For All (OLA), UR4Africa board members and PAA Leads journeyed from Lagos to Cotonou for a series of empowering workshops with local youths. Over three days, we delved into bag making, film production, drawing, painting, and poetry. OLA students shared their inspiring stories and passions with us. Special thanks to Mr. Abraham for his warm hospitality, introducing us to Cotonou's culture, cuisine, and history. 🌟

The African Tech Revolution, called "Open G", went on sale last month in the West African country. It can understand commands and respond in 16 of Ivory Coast's approximately 60 spoken languages, including Dioula, Senoufo and BΓ©tΓ©.
Founder Alain Capo-Chichi said he wanted to create the phone to enable people like his parents, who are illiterate, use features like transferring money and sending messages.

Investing in this African-made technology is not merely a financial venture; it's a commitment to empowering local economies and fostering innovation. This flourishing tech scene in Ivory Coast is a testament to the region's potential for growth and development. By channeling investments into African initiatives, we contribute to sustainable progress and economic empowerment.
