Enugu State Hausa Emirate Council

Assalamu Alaikum

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II (National Vice Chairman 1 of Inter-Tribal Traditional Leaders Association of Nigeria ITTLAN and Sarkin Hausawan Enugu) held a meeting with Garriki Youths Association on Sunday 6th Febuary 2022.

Recall that few weeks ago, some members of the association met him and reported the problems the association is facing in the process of electing new executives of the association which resulted to divisions within the members of the association.

Due to his love for the unity and progress of youths, he intervened immediately to ensure that peace is restored to the association, which after series of meetings with the executives and other members of the association, a consensus candidate for the position of chairman of the association was agreed by both sides.

Mal Auwal Muhammad who is the current Secretary of the association was selected to be the incoming chairman of the association by consensus.

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II further instructed the members of the association to go and fill in other capable members in the remaining executives positions for proper innauguration and presentation of certificate.

Idan dai ba a manta ba a makonnin da s**a gabata ne wasu ‘ya’yan kungiyar s**a gana da shi inda s**a kawo rahoton matsalolin da kungiyar ke fuskanta wajen zaben sabbin shugabannin kungiyar wanda ya haifar da baraka a tsakanin ‘ya’yan kungiyar.

Saboda son hadin kai da ci gaban matasa, Mai Martaba Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II ya sa baki cikin gaggawa don ganin an dawo da zaman lafiya a kungiyar, wanda bayan taruka da shugabannin kungiyar da sauran mambobin kungiyar s**a yi, bangororin sun fito da wanda zai kasance Ciyaman din kungiyar.

Mal Auwal Muhammad wanda shine Sakataren kungiyar a halin yanzu aka zaba ya zama Ciyaman din kungiyar mai jiran gado.

The Enugu State Hausa Emirate Council under the leadership of His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II (National Vice Chairman 1 of Inter-Tribal Traditional Leaders Association of Nigeria ITTLAN and Sarkin Hausawan Enugu) held a general meeting of the Hausa Community at Owerri Road Central Mosque on Sunday 31st January 2022.

The meeting was withnessed by high number of people from across the state who came to answer the call of their leader.

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II informed them about his new appointment as the National Vice Chairman 1 of Inter-Tribal Traditional Leaders Association of Nigeria (ITTLAN) and other important things concerning the Hausa Community in Enugu State.

YULETIDE: GOV. UGWUANYI IS A DETRIBALISED NIGERIAN - Muslim Community of Enugu State.

The Muslim community of Enugu State has continued to pour encomiums on the Enugu State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his style of leadership of accommodating and loving all and sundry in Enugu state irrespective of Religious and tribal leanings.

Heartwarming commendations were conveyed to the Governor during the recently held Medical and Healthcare Intervention extended to the community through the Governor's foremost mobile health care program called GburusCare Initiative.

The Muslims and the entire Hausa Community were grateful that the GburusCare Healthcare Intervention which for the most part of 2021, her team of Healthcare service providers has traversed the length and breadth of Enugu State tending to the health needs of aged persons in the State, has also been extended to their own community as a Christmas package. More so, that the Governor considered specially the peculiarity of their needs by deciding to treat all the beneficiaries and by extension, the entire community, to a well prepared lunch.

Speaking to the GburusCare Media, His Highness, Abubakar Yusuf Sambo II, Sarkin Hausawan, the Leader Northern Community, Enugu State and National Vice Chairman 1, Inter-tribal Traditional Leaders Association of Nigeria (ITTLAN), Commended His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his continued magnanimity towards the Muslim Community in Enugu State and prayed Allah uses such magnanimous gestures to pave way for his higher political endeavors.

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II National Vice Chairman 1 of Inter-Tribal Traditional Leaders Association of Nigeria ITTLAN and Sarkin Hausawan Enugu attended the wedding reception of a younger brother to His Royal Majesty Igwe Emma Ugwu ( Igwe Ibagwa Nike Kingdom) which was held at Nike Lake Hotels Enugu State.

Later in the night, Igwe Emma Ugwu hosted members of the Royal Council and other prominent people at a Gala night to in preparation for the yearly Ofala the next day.

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II congratulated the new couples and wish Igwe Emma Ugwu a successful 12th Ofala.

The Chief Imam National Mosque Saeed, Sheikh Abubakar Galadanci preached to Muslim Clerics to harp on National Unity and Peace.

His Royal Highness Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II ( National Vice Chairman I Inter Tribal Leaders Association of Nigeria & Sarkin Hausawan Enugu) attended the wedding fatihat of Yusuf Buhari and Zahra Nasir Bayero and the Coronation of Alh Nasiru Bayero as Sarkin Bichi II which was held at Bichi LGA in Kano State.

The event was witnessed by high profile dignitaries in and out of Nigeria such as President Muhammad Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbanjo, Fmr President Goodluck Jonathan, Fmr Vice President Atiku Abubakar, President Muhammad Bazoum, State Governors, Ministers, Business Moguls etc.

The wedding took place on Friday immediately after the Jummu'a't prayers while the coronation was held on Saturday at the Bichi LGA Stadium.

HRH Yusuf Abubakar Sambo II also paid a codolence visit of one of Enugu State hausa Emirate Council who lost his mother and he prayed that the Almighty Allah will forgive her and grant her Aljannatul Firdausi.
