SPECIAL RELEASE ON UI UTME AND POST-UTME
This is to inform all prospective candidates for the 2018/19 admission exercise who have successfully uploaded their biodata/credentials that the post UTME screening will come up on Friday, 14 and Saturday, 15 September 2018. Please note that only candidates who scored 200 and above are eligible for the exercise.

Furthermore, with effect from 2017/18 session,
the institutional cut off mark of 200 is applicable to all the institutions affiliated to the University of Ibadan.

Contrary to insinuations in some quarters that the cut-off mark for our affiliated institutions is 180, the University wishes to reiterate that, as approved by the Senate of the University of Ibadan, 200 is the cut-off mark for both the main campus and the affiliated institutions.

For the avoidance of doubt, the newly introduced Central Admission Processing System CAPS) by JAMB makes it practically impossible for candidates below the institutional cut- off mark to be offered admission.

Candidates who scored 200 and above at the UTME and who wish to change to any of our affiliated institutions are welcome to do so. A list of these institutions is available on our website (ui.edu.ng).

This is to request all prospective candidates who chose University of Ibadan as their institution of first choice and scored 200 and above to kindly visit the University website to check the list of approved and available courses for the 2018/19 academic session. Candidates who chose courses that are not on the list are advised to, as a matter of urgency, change to other institutions where their courses are available or change to other courses in University of Ibadan on JAMB CAPS.



Please note that candidates who chose courses that are not on the list will not be able to log in to the admission portal for the post UTME screening.

The Executive programme from the school of business and management is of two categories PGD and MBA;

For PGD , minimum requirement of HND Lower Credit im any relatef discipline or 3rd Class of any background form a recognized university with 3 years work experience

For MBA, a minimum of second class lower from recognized university in Nigeria, approved by the Senate of the University of Ibadan. Also a PGD Certificate and a minimum of 5 years work experience.

Specialization are available in the following areas;
Business Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management and Public Sector Management.

The university of Ibadan has opened its website today (Mon. 16 July to 10 August) for the commencement of 2018/2019 Post UTME registration.

Candidates are expected to submit their bio-data and O'level via their website.
