History was made today in Ibadanland!
We had the rare honour of receiving the Arole Oodua, Ooni of Ife, Oba Babatunde Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, on his historic visit to the Olubadan-Designate, Former Governor of Oyo State, Oba (Senator) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja – Arusa I.
In his royal speech, Oonirisa officially announced December 4th & 5th as the date to install me as OKANLOMO OÓDUA.
The gathering was graced by Ibadan Obas, the Mogaji Association, Market Traders, and Yoruba Youths, all uniting to witness this remarkable cultural moment for our land.

On this blessed day of remembrance, we celebrate the birth of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (SAW), whose life was devoted to service, compassion, and humanity. May this sacred occasion inspire us to serve others with sincerity, uphold justice, and spread love and peace in our communities.
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” (Qur’an 21:107)
