Causes of smelly me**es

1. Bacterial Vaginosis : Bv is a common va**nal infection caused by an imbalance of bacteria in the va**na. It can result in a fishy odour during Menstruation and at other times
2. Trapped blood : blood can sometimes because trapped in the va**na or uterus, leading to a strong odour as it break down
3. Poor hygiene : inadequate hygiene practices such as infrequent changing of pads or tampons CA allow bacteria to thrive and cause odour

Prevention

1. Practice safe s*x : make use of contraceptive (condom)
2. Eat balance diet : incorporate plenty fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet to support overall va**nal health
3. Manage stress : stress can affect hormone level and va**nal health so practice stress reduction techniques such as meditation or yoga
4. Avoid douching: Douching disrupts the natural balance of bacteria in the va**na and can increase the risk of infection and odour.
5. Stay informed : Educate yourself about menstrual health and hygiene practices to maintain optimal va**nal health.

Failure is one of the most painful thing to happen to a person. The way it erodes your sense of worth. The way it makes you look like you are incompetent and are good for nothing.
Then, there's this disappointment that you have in yourself, which is a punishment all in itself. Then, there's this feeling you get when you think of what failure means, how those you love will take it. And that is when you will find yourself unable to breathe, drowning in that feeling of hopelessness and loss. And the pain is even worse when you know that you did everything in your power to win but you still failed. It hurts when you sacrificed so much and work so hard for something and all that effort and hard work sum up to nothing. I understand but I want you to redefine yourself and don't let what people think of you take away YOU.
