Surv. Oloyede Yusuff Kolade is a committed public servant, seasoned professional, and grassroots politician whose life and work reflect an enduring dedication to the people of Iseyin and Itesiwaju Local Government Areas of Oyo State.



A proud indigene of Komu in Itesiwaju Local Government, Oyo state. Oloyede was born and raised in Iseyin, Iseyin local government in the early 1990s. His upbringing within these historic communities shaped his values of integrity, hard work, and service. Over the years, he has remained deeply rooted in the aspirations, challenges, and progress of both Iseyin and Itesiwaju, maintaining a strong bond with the people he proudly calls his own.



Professionally, Oloyede Yusuff Kolade is a Registered Surveyor with a solid academic and practical background in Surveying and Geoinformatics. His expertise has played a vital role in infrastructural planning, land administration, and sustainable development initiatives.
He served diligently as a civil servant with the Lagos State Government from 2015 to 2023, where he gained valuable experience in public administration, policy implementation, and service delivery.

He is currently the Managing Partner of YusKol Geomatics Consult Limited, a reputable firm providing surveying and real estate consultancy services. Through this platform, he has continued to contribute meaningfully to economic growth, urban development, and professional excellence.


Beyond his professional career, Oloyede Yusuff Kolade is a passionate youth advocate and community leader.
He strongly believes in inclusive governance, youth participation, and people-centered leadership. His commitment to societal progress and grassroots development has earned him notable recognitions, including the Progressive Movement Award (Oke Ogun) and the Exemplary Leader Award from the Federation of Iseyin Local Government Students.

As an active member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) and the Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), he continues to uphold professionalism while advocating for policies that foster sustainable development, transparency, and opportunities for young people.

Driven by service, guided by experience, and inspired by the needs of the people, Oloyede Yusuff Kolade stands ready—now and always—to serve the people of Iseyin and Itesiwaju with competence, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Today 29th September, 2025, I was privileged to attend the Oyo State PDP State Congress , where new executives were elected into the state leadership.

The congress was transparent and seamless, a true reflection of internal democracy under the impactful leadership of our Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde , who ensured a free, fair, and credible process to further guarantee the victory of our great party, PDP.

Congratulations to the new executives as we move forward in unity and progress. ✊
