The Pan African Liberation Movement - palm is a not for profit grassroots organization established to bridge the communication, interactive, and cultural gap between Africans on the continent and Africans in the diaspora. One of the cardinal objectives of PALM is to encourage and facilitate the transfer of expertise and/or collaboration of the diaspora Africans in critical areas of infrastructure development and investments.
