Sharing knowledge across the continent

I am deeply grateful to Leprosy and Tuberculosis Relief Initiative (LTR Nigeria) for giving me the opportunity to serve as a consultant on the project, “Breaking Stigma, Building Stories: Empowering Persons Affected by Leprosy Through Art and Craft.”

This experience has reminded me that beyond the stigma and misconceptions surrounding leprosy are people with talents, dreams, resilience and stories worth hearing.

Through art and craft, this project creates a platform for persons affected by leprosy to express themselves, build confidence, develop skills and reclaim their voices.

I am honoured to contribute to a project that promotes dignity, inclusion, empowerment and social change.
