PDP Narayi Ward Reaffirms Loyalty to the Party, Debunks Defection Rumours

The PDP Narayi Ward Executives today held a crucial meeting with the Chikun Local Government Party Chairman, Hon. Omoh Bwans, to reaffirm their total loyalty to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and dismiss the circulating rumours of mass defection within the ward.

Hon. Omoh Bwans commended the Ward Excos for standing firm with the truth and refusing to be deceived by the antics of the APC. He expressed confidence that the PDP will soon reclaim its formidable strength both in Chikun Local Government and across Kaduna State.

Addressing the recent defection of the Ward Chairman, Mr. Paul, and an Exco member, Comrade James, the LG Youth Leader, Mr. Paul Maaji, assured that their exit would not weaken the party. Instead, it has further united and strengthened the spirit of PDP faithful at the grassroots in Narayi Ward.

The leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Chikun Local Government Area, wishes to inform the general public and party faithful that Mr. Fidelis Thomas (Usher), a member of the Local Government Exco, has been suspended with immediate effect over his alleged involvement in anti-party activities.

This decisive action underscores the PDP’s firm stance on discipline, loyalty, and internal cohesion. The party cannot and will not tolerate any act capable of undermining its unity or derailing its collective mission.

Mr. Fidelis Thomas remains suspended pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation by the Party’s Disciplinary Committee. The leadership assures all members that the process will be thorough, fair, and guided strictly by the PDP Constitution.

The PDP in Chikun LGA remains focused, united, and committed to strengthening its structures and defending the trust of the people. Our goal is clear, to restore responsible governance, uphold democratic values, and position the PDP as the reliable choice for the good people of Chikun and Kaduna State as a whole.

Esther Ashivelli Dawaki, tare da Daraktan Janar ɗin Yaƙin Neman Zaɓenta, Hon. Fatange, a yayin zaɓen cike gurbi na Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency da aka kammala kwanan nan.

Abin da ya faru ba komai ba ne face aikin mugunta da aka tsara tun daga farko—ƙoƙarin kwace musu mutunci, rage su a matsayin ɗan adam, da kuma ƙoƙarin dakile jarumtarsu. Tilasta mace mai daraja da kuma DG ɗinta su riƙe allon EFCC ta hanyar tilastawa don wulakantarsu a bainar jama’a, ba wai kawai cin mutunci bane, illa kuma wata alama ce ta rashin imani da zaluncin siyasa. Wannan wulakantacciyar dabi’a ita ce ainihin ma’anar mugunta, wadda aka aiwatar don karya ƙarfin zuciya da kuma rage musu sha’awar yi wa al’umma hidima.

Ba za mu iya yin shiru ba kan mummunan sakon da wannan abu ya ƙunsa. Wannan zalunci da aka yi wa Hon. Esther Ashivelli Dawaki da Hon. Fatange ba wai kai tsaye ne ga mutum biyu kawai ba, illa kuwa hari ne kan mata, kan shugabanci da kuma kan dimokuraɗiyya baki ɗaya. Wani saƙo ne mai bayyana cewa wannan gwamnati (daga tarayya wajen Natasha, zuwa jiha a Kaduna) gwamnati ce ta masu ƙin ganin mata suna tasowa a matsayin shugabanni masu ƙarfin murya. Ta hanyar tattake musu mutunci, wannan gwamnati ta sake bayyana tsantsar raini da rashin mutuntawa ga duk wata mace da ta ƙuduri aniyar tsayawa kai da fata wajen faɗar gaskiya da kalubalantar tsarin zalunci.

Mun samu tabbaci kai tsaye daga wani babban jami’in EFCC cewa wallafa wannan hoton wulakanci ba shi ne manufar hukumar tun farko ba. A zahiri, jami’ai da dama a cikin EFCC sun nuna ɓacin rai da nadama kan irin wannan kunyar da aka jefa mata.

Yanzu dai ya bayyana a fili cewa wannan aiki ne na wasu mutane masu son zuciya, waɗanda s**a shirya wannan aikin shaidanci da zalunci domin bata mata suna da kuma tilastawa wasu su shiga cikin ƙarya. Wannan aiki nasu ba komai ba ne face alamar tsananin tsoro da rashin imani a siyasa.

Saboda haka, muna aikawa da ƙarfi tir da Allah wadai ga gwamnatin APC a Jihar Kaduna ƙarƙashin Gwamna Uba Sani, saboda amfani da hukumomin tsaro (DSS, ‘Yan Sanda da EFCC)—waɗanda aka kafa domin kare jama’a—a matsayin kayan aiki na tsoratarwa da k**a ba bisa ƙa’ida ba. Wannan wulakantaccen amfani da iko domin cin zarafi da zaluntar abokan hamayya na siyasa shi ne ainihin alamar mulkin k**a karya. Ku sani, duk yadda s**a yi nisa wajen aikata mugunta, iko na da iyaka. Wadanda s**a yi amfani da shi ba da gaskiya ba, wata rana lallai za su bada hisabi.

Muna kira ga jama’ar Kaduna State, musamman mazauna Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency: ku taso ku yi magana. Dimokuraɗiyya tana mutuwa a cikin shiru, kuma ba za mu iya yi wa wannan mugunta shiru ba. Sauyin gwamnati zuwa mulkin k**a karya dole ne mu ƙi shi da baki ɗaya, domin ciwon ɗaya ya zama ciwon kowa. Kada ku ji tsoro—mur’yarku ita ce ƙarfin ku, kuma jarumtakun ku shi ne garkuwar mu.

Ku tabbatar da wannan: komai tsawon dare, wayewar gari lallai zata zo. Mun riga mun shaida irin waɗannan lokuta a tarihinmu—lokutan da gwamnati ta yi tunanin za ta iya murƙushe murya da ƙarfin jama’a. Duk sun wuce, jama’a kuma sun yi nasara. Wannan lokacin zalunci ma zai wuce, mu kuma za mu fito da ƙarfi, da haɗin kai, da ƙarfin zuciya.

This evening, the youths of PDP in Chikun LG, gathered in a crucial meeting to deliberate on pressing issues surrounding the just concluded by-election, the recent wave of exits from our great party, and most importantly, the role of young people in taking up responsibilities at various levels within the party structure.
The turn out was a bold statement that we are still with PDP and will always defend the dignity and integrity of the party.
