The National Water Resources Institute and Upper Benue River Development Authority, regrets to announce the postponement of the 11th National Water Conference earlier scheduled for Tuesday 24th - Thursday 26th September 2024 at the Banquet Hall of Adamawa State Government House.
The event clashes with the World Rivers Day commemoration scheduled to hold in Nigeria on 23rd September, 2024. Given the significance of the Day, and the need for all stakeholders to be adequately engaged in discussions surrounding water management and conservation without distraction, the postponement of the National Water Conference has become necessary to enable all RBDAs andother Water-related Agencies adequate time to commemorate the Day.
Consequently, the conference is rescheduled to hold on Tuesday 29th - Thursday 31st October 2024 at the same venue. We regret any inconveniences this postponement might have caused.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued commitment. Your participation is vital for the success of this event.
To this end, all Authors/Presenters, Delegates and the general public are to take note of the postponement and the new date. All other information and requirements about the conference remain the same.
