Pursuant to the powers Conferred Upon the Hon Acting Chief Judge of Kano State Justice Dije Abdu Aboki, it is hereby notified to the general public that the Conventional Superior Court (High Court of Justice Kano) annual vacation will commence on 31st July,2023 and end on the 25th day of September 2023,
Accordingly Hon Justice Dije Abdu Aboki (Ag,CJ),Hon Justice Usman Mallan Na'Abba and Hon Justice Hafsat Yahaya Sani are to serve as the vacations Judge number 1,2 and 3 respectfully. And will only attend to emergency cases.
Meanwhile, the Ag. Chief Judge will continue to direct cases during the period.
Inview of the above all State Counsel Private Practitioners and Litigants are to note.
