Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in IT support or a similar role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Tally) and office productivity software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and common hardware/software troubleshooting.
Familiar with cloud services and backup solutions.
Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer support tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
Knowledge of basic project management principles.
