Over 120 Students Benefit from Scholarship Support Scheme in Nassarawa

The Member representing Nassarawa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Hassan Hussain Tudun Wada (Hash), has intensified efforts in advancing educational development through a sustained scholarship and academic support programme targeting students across the constituency.

Under the initiative, no fewer than 120 students drawn from 11 wards within Nassarawa Local Government Area have benefitted from financial assistance covering the National Examinations Council (NECO) examination fees, alongside continued sponsorship for their tertiary education.

The beneficiaries are currently enrolled in various institutions of higher learning, including Northwest University Kano, Bayero University Kano (BUK), Federal University Dutse (FUD), College of Arts, Science and Remedial Studies (CAS), Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education, among others within Kano State.

The programme, which stakeholders describe as a timely intervention, is aimed at reducing the financial burden on parents and improving access to quality education among youths in the constituency.

In furtherance of the initiative, Hon. Hassan Hussain also issued original examination certificates to the beneficiaries and reaffirmed his commitment to sustaining the sponsorship until the completion of their academic programmes.

Community observers have described the intervention as a meaningful step towards strengthening human capital development and promoting educational advancement within the constituency.

OPERATION RESCUE NASSARAWA? FROM WHAT, EXACTLY?

We welcome every citizen who is interested in the progress and development of Nassarawa Federal Constituency. Democracy encourages participation, healthy compet**ion, and constructive engagement.

However, before anyone talks about "rescuing" Nassarawa, they should first tell the people what exactly Nassarawa is being rescued from.

Is it from effective representation at the National Assembly?

Is it from the legislative achievements that have placed Nassarawa among the constituencies making meaningful contributions to national development?

Is it from a representative whose bills and motions continue to attract attention and whose commitment to the people remains unwavering?

Those who claim to be coming to rescue Nassarawa should first explain where they were when the people needed representation. Leadership is proven through service, sacrifice, and results—not slogans, catchphrases, or social media campaigns.

Hon. Hassan Hussain remains focused on the mandate given to him by the good people of Nassarawa Federal Constituency. While some are busy launching movements, he is busy delivering on his responsibilities and working for the development of our constituency.

The people of Nassarawa are wise enough to distinguish between political noise and genuine performance. When the time comes, achievements, facts, and records will speak louder than rhetoric.

We therefore call on all supporters and stakeholders to remain calm, united, and focused on the greater goal of advancing the interests of Nassarawa Federal Constituency.

Mazabar Tudun Murtala tafi shekara ashirin tana fama da matsalar t**i bayan lalacewar t**in da Jagora Engr Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso yayi a lokacin mulkin shi na farko. Hon Hassan Hussain a lokacin yaƙin neman zaɓen shi yayi alƙawarin yin wannan aikin idan Al'ummar karamar hukumar Nassarawa s**a zaɓe shi. A ƙasa da shekaru biyu Allah ya bashi damar cika alkawarin da yayi wa mazauna wannan unguwar ta Tudun Murtala da t**i mai nisan 2km.

Allah ya maimaita maka kujerar ka a shekarar 2027.
