AN OPEN LETTER TO:
The President
Federal Republic of Nigeria
Aso Rock Presidential Villa
Abuja, Nigeria

Subject: Commendation on the Peaceful and Credible Osun State Gubernatorial Election

Your Excellency,

I write to express my sincere appreciation for the way the Osun State gubernatorial election was conducted under your administration on 15th August 2026.

The election showed that the government gave the people the freedom to choose their leaders without interference. The electoral body was allowed to work independently, security agencies maintained peace and voters were able to cast their votes freely. This is true democracy in action.

This development has restored a lot of confidence in our democratic process. It shows that votes truly count and that the will of the people will be respected.

On behalf of myself, my organization and other well-meaning Nigerians, we thank you for upholding democratic values. We pray that God continues to grant you wisdom, strength and guidance as you lead the nation on the path of fairness and progress.
Congratulations to Accord Party and Gov. Adeleke on the victory.

Thank you, Your Excellency.
Yours faithfully,
Abdulwahab Dayyabu Abdulwahab
