REMASAB Conducts Environmental Sanitation Exercise at Kwakwaci Police Station at fagge L.G.A.

The Kano State Refuse Management and Sanitation Board (REMASAB) has conducted a comprehensive environmental sanitation exercise at Kwakwaci Police Station, Kano, as part of its ongoing commitment to fostering a cleaner and healthier environment across the state through strategic collaboration with security agencies.

The exercise was carried out under the leadership of the Managing Director of REMASAB, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, in partnership with the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and personnel of Kwakwaci Police Station.

The sanitation operation involved the clearing of overgrown vegetation, evacuation of accumulated refuse, and general environmental clean-up of the police station premises and its surrounding areas.

The exercise was aimed at enhancing environmental hygiene and creating a more conducive working environment for security personnel and members of the public.

As part of the operation, REMASAB deployed sanitation personnel and relevant equipment to ensure the effective ex*****on of the exercise, working closely with officers of the Nigeria Police Force stationed at the facility.

The initiative forms part of REMASAB's broader mandate to promote environmental sustainability, strengthen public health standards, and deepen institutional partnerships with key stakeholders in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment throughout Kano State.

Speaking after the exercise, the Divisional Police Officer of Kwakwaci Police Station commended the Managing Director of REMASAB, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, for his unwavering dedication to environmental sanitation and his proactive leadership in advancing cleanliness and public health initiatives across the state.

REMASAB reiterates its commitment to sustaining collaborative efforts with security agencies, government institutions, and community stakeholders in pursuit of a cleaner, healthier, and more environmentally sustainable Kano State.

Polaris Bank Convicted by REMASAB Mobile Court for Environmental Sanitation Violations in Kano.

As part of its ongoing efforts to ensure a cleaner and healthier environment across Kano State, the Kano State Refuse Management and Sanitation Board (REMASAB) has continued the operation of its Mobile Environmental Sanitation Court, which sits regularly to enforce compliance with environmental sanitation laws.

During its latest sitting, the court prosecuted and sanctioned several organizations and business establishments found guilty of violating environmental sanitation regulations.

Among those convicted was Polaris Bank, located along Murtala Muhammad Way, Kano. The bank was found guilty of offenses including blockage of drainage channels, poor environmental sanitation within its premises, and failure to clear overgrown weeds. The court sentenced the Polaris Bank to two weeks' imprisonment or the option of paying a fine.

Similarly, TotalEnergies Filling Station was convicted for environmental sanitation violations, including poor sanitation practices, blockage of drainage channels, failure to provide waste disposal facilities, and other related offenses. The court imposed a sentence of two weeks' imprisonment or the option of a fine.

The court also prosecuted A.P Filling Station and A.P LPG, both situated along Club Road, Kano, for various environmental sanitation offenses. The establishments were sentenced to two weeks' imprisonment or the option of paying a fine.

In addition, Elu Technology, located on Club Road, was found guilty of violating environmental sanitation laws. The court handed down an appropriate sentence in accordance with the offenses committed.

Speaking after the court session, the Managing Director of REMASAB, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, called on residents and business owners across Kano State to comply with environmental sanitation regulations and maintain clean surroundings to promote public health and sustainable development.

He emphasized that REMASAB remains committed to ensuring environmental cleanliness and will continue to take legal action against individuals and organizations found violating sanitation laws within the state.

KWAMITIN SA IDO NA REMASAB YA KARA HIMMA WAJEN TABBATAR DA BIN DOKOKIN TSAFTAR MUHALLI A CIKI DA WAJEN BIRNIN KANO.

A wani ɓangare na ƙoƙarin tabbatar da tsaftataccen muhalli da kuma inganta bin dokokin tsaftar muhalli a Jihar Kano, Hukumar Tsaftar Muhalli da Kwashe Shara ta Jihar Kano (REMASAB), ƙarƙashin jagorancin Manajan Darakta, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, ta kafa Kwamitin Sa Ido da Bibiyar Muhalli domin zakulo da hana ayyukan da ke tauye tsaftar muhalli a faɗin jihar.

A yau, 22 ga Yuni, 2026, kwamitin wanda Daraktan Tsare-tsare da Kididdiga na REMASAB, Malam Ali Tukur, ya jagoranta, ya gudanar da rangadin sa ido a wasu sassa na cikin da wajen birnin Kano.

A yayin ziyarar da aka kai yankin Gadar Dangi, kwamitin ya tarar da wasu mutane na aikata bayan gida a kan hannun hawa gadar, wani abu da ya saɓa wa manufofi da ƙudirin Gwamnatin Jihar Kano na samar da muhalli mai tsafta da kariya ga lafiyar al’umma. Kwamitin ya ɗauki matakan da s**a dace tare da jan hankalin mutanen da abin ya shafa kan muhimmancin kiyaye tsaftar muhalli.

Haka kuma, kwamitin ya ziyarci t**in B.U.K Road, Kofar Fanfo da kuma Gwazo Road, inda ya lura da wasu masu sana’ar sayar da ruwan leda (Pure Water) a kan t**i da ke jefa tarkace tare da bata muhallin gefen hanya duk da ayyukan share tituna da ma’aikatan REMASAB ke gudanarwa a kullum.

Kwamitin ya umarci masu gudanar da sana’o’in da su dakatar da aikinsu na ɗan lokaci tare da tsaftace wuraren da s**a bata. Cikin girmamawa ga doka da umarnin hukuma, sun bi umarnin tare da gudanar da aikin tattara tarkacen da s**a jefa a wuraren.

Da yake tsokaci kan wannan aiki, Manajan Daraktan REMASAB, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, ya yi kira ga al’ummar Jihar Kano da su ci gaba da baiwa gwamnatin jihar cikakken goyon baya wajen tsaftar muhalli, tare da gujewa duk wani aiki da ke haddasa gurɓata muhalli ko tauye ƙoƙarin gwamnati na samar da muhalli mai tsafta da lafiya.

Ya yaba matuƙa ga Mai Girma Gwamnan Jihar Kano, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, bisa irin goyon baya da kulawar da yake baiwa REMASAB, wanda hakan ke taimakawa hukumar wajen sauke nauyin da ya rataya a wuyanta na samar da muhalli mai tsafta ga al’ummar jihar.

REMASAB TA ƘARA KAIMI WAJEN KARE LAFIYAR AL’UMMA TA HANYAR FESHIN MAGANIN SAURO DA SAURAN KWARI A RIJIYAR ZAKI.

Hukumar Tsaftar Muhalli da Kwashe Shara ta Jihar Kano (REMASAB), ƙarƙashin jagorancin Manajan Darakta, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, ta gudanar da aikin feshin maganin sauro da sauran kwari masu haddasa cututtuka a unguwar Rijiyar Zaki, Layin Ubale Custom da Layin Usman Bala da ke Ƙaramar Hukumar Ungogo.

Aikin na daga cikin matakan kariya da hukumar ke ci gaba da aiwatarwa domin rage haɗarin yaduwar cututtukan da sauro da sauran kwari ke yaɗawa, musamman a wannan lokaci na damina.

Wannan shiri ya yi daidai da manufar gwamnatin Jihar Kano ƙarƙashin jagorancin Mai Girma Gwamna, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, na samar da muhalli mai tsafta, lafiya da walwala ga al’umma, tare da ƙarfafa matakan kariyar lafiyar jama’a a faɗin jihar.

Da yake tsokaci kan aikin, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil ya jaddada cewa REMASAB za ta ci gaba da ɗaukar matakan da s**a dace wajen inganta tsaftar muhalli da kare lafiyar al’umma, ta hanyar aiwatar da shirye-shirye masu tasiri a cikin birnin Kano da sauran sassan jihar.

Mazauna yankin Rijiyar Zaki sun bayyana jin daɗinsu tare da yabawa gwamnatin Jihar Kano da shugabancin REMASAB bisa wannan gagarumin aiki, wanda s**a bayyana a matsayin wani muhimmin mataki na inganta muhalli da kare lafiyar al’umma daga barazanar cututtuka masu alaƙa da muhalli.

Hukumar REMASAB tana sake kira ga jama’a da su ci gaba da bada haɗin kai wajen tabbatar da tsaftar muhalli, da kawar da duk wani abu da zai iya zama mafakar sauro da sauran kwari masu haddasa cututtuka, domin cimma burin samar da Kano mai tsafta da lafiyar muhalli.

REMASAB Conducts Sanitation Exercise at No-Man's-Land Police Station, Sabon Gari.

The Kano State Refuse Management and Sanitation Board (REMASAB) on 18/6/2026, conducted a comprehensive sanitation exercise at the No-Man's-Land Police Station premises in Sabon Gari, Kano, as part of its ongoing collaboration with security agencies across the state.

The exercise was carried out by officials and sanitation workers of REMASAB, under the leadership of the Managing Director, Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil, in partnership with the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and personnel of the No-Man's-Land Police Station.

The exercise involved grass-cutting, evacuation of refuse, and general clearing of the police station's premises and surroundings.

The exercise took place on 18/6/2026. at No-Man's-Land Police Station, Sabon Gari, Kano State.

The initiative forms part of REMASAB's statewide mandate to promote environmental sanitation and hygiene, while also strengthening institutional collaboration between the Board and security agencies responsible for maintaining law and order in the state.

REMASAB deployed its sanitation workers and equipment to the police station, where they carried out the clean-up under the supervision of the Board's officials, working alongside police personnel to ensure a successful and orderly exercise.

Speaking after the exercise, the DPO of No-Man's-Land commended Dr. Muhammad S. Khalil for his commitment to environmental sanitation in Kano State and for the professionalism with which he continues to lead the Board's operations.

REMASAB reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining collaboration with security agencies and other stakeholders in furtherance of its mandate to keep Kano State clean.

Gwamnatin Jihar Kano ta bayyana cewa ta farfado da kamfanin sarrafa shara zuwa taki mallakin jihar, da nufin sanya Kano cikin sahun wuraren da ke amfani da fasahar zamani wajen mayar da shara zuwa abubuwa masu amfani ga al’umma.

Shugaban Hukumar Tsaftar Muhalli da Kula da Shara ta Jihar Kano (REMASAB), Dr. Muhammad Sani Khalil, ne ya bayyana hakan yayin da yake zayyana nasarorin da hukumar ta samu ƙarƙashin gwamnatin Gwamna Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Wakilinmu Kamal Umar Kurna ya rawaito cewa Dr. Khalil ya ce kamfanin da ke unguwar Dorayi ya fara samar da takin zamani ta hanyar sarrafa shara, a wani mataki da zai taimaka wajen rage yawan shara tare da bunƙasa harkokin noma.

A cewarsa, gwamnatin jihar ta aika da samfurin takin zuwa dakunan gwaje-gwaje domin tantance ingancinsa, inda masana s**a tabbatar da cewa takin ya cika ƙa’idojin da ake buƙata.

Ya ce wannan nasara ta bai wa gwamnati damar ƙara mai da hankali kan harkar tattalin shara tare da buɗe ƙofa ga masu zuba jari daga cikin gida da wajen Najeriya.

Dr. Khalil ya kuma bayyana cewa gwamnatin Gwamna Abba Kabir Yusuf ta samar wa hukumar kayan aiki da dama domin inganta ayyukanta, tare da ɗaukar matakan bunƙasa walwalar ma’aikata.

Ya ce daga cikin matakan akwai ƙara alawus-alawus na ma’aikata, gyaran motocin aiki, sayen sababbin motocin ɗaukar shara, da kuma samar da asibiti a harabar hukumar domin kula da lafiyar ma’aikata.
