Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule today stopped over at the Tongyi Agro Cassava processing factory in Gudi, to Inspect machines and other equipment which are ready for installation.

Governor Sule’s visit is to see things for himself and insure the full take-off of the factory.

Sule along with Ministers and captains of industries, critical stakeholders in mining, energy as well as traditional rulers attended day one opening session of Nasarawa Investment Summit 2026.

The summit, in its 3rd edition has as theme: Bold Transition, Building a Legacy for a Sustainable Future is holding at Late Aliyu Akwe Doma Banquet Hall in Lafia, the State Capital.

GOV. SULE RECEIVES VP SHETTIMA IN LAFIA FOR INVESTMENT SUMMIT 2026

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule received the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima GCON and his delegation at the Usman Dan Fodio Airport, Lafia.

Mr. VP is in Nasarawa to attend the Nasarawa State Investment Summit 2026.

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule received the Country Director of World Bank, Mathew Verghis and his team on a courtesy call at Government House.

The visit featured the introduction of AGROW a new project of the World Bank to boost agricultural activities and a review of the Bank’s other projects in the state.

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule in company of the World Bank Country Director, Mathew Verghis and his team visited the Nasarawa State owned rice farm at Jangwa-Agwatashi to see for themselves on going preparations for a new season of rice farming on the over 3000 hectares of land.

The team also visited the Dangote Sugar Plantation in Tunga, Awe Local Government Area of the State.
