NORTH CENTRAL MEGA RALLY: GOV. SULE ATTENDS APC STRATEGIC MEETING IN ABUJA AHEAD OF LAFIA RALLY

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State and Chairman of the North Central Governors' Forum, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, on Thursday attended a strategic stakeholders meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja.

The meeting, which held on Thursday, 8th October, 2026, is in continuation of preparations for the North Central Grassroots Mobilization Movement Mega Grand Rally scheduled to hold in Lafia, Nasarawa State on Saturday.

The mega rally is being organized to mobilize grassroots support for the re-election bid of *President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Vice President Kashim Shettima, for a second term in office.

Other prominent stakeholders from Nasarawa State at the Abuja strategic meeting include the Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, Senator representing Nasarawa West, Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada,APC stalwart Dr. Aliyu Bello, the State APC Chairman and the Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, Barr Labaran Shuaibu Magaji.

The Saturday mega rally in Lafia is expected to attract APC leaders, stakeholders and supporters from across the North Central zone and beyond.

Nasarawa State Governor and Chairman North Central Governors' Forum His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule attended an APC Stakeholders strategic meeting in Abuja.

The meeting is in continuation of the North Central Grassroots Mobilization Movement North Central Mega Grand Rally to hold in Lafia, Nasarawa State on Saturday.

Others at the meeting from Nasarawa state were
Deputy Governor Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Dr. Aliyu Bello, State APC Chairman and SGS Labaran Shaibu Magaji.

The Mega Rally on Saturday is to support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate Shattima for a second term.

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule grants audience to the people of Agyaragu Tofa and surrounding communities who were in Government House on a "Thank You" visit.

They were led by HRH. Sangarin Kwandare Alh. Ahmadu Abdunkura and Alh. Suleiman Aliyu Sambo. The spokespersons expressed gratitude to Governor Sule for making their dreams of having a tarred road come through.

He said under the current administration, the people of Agyaragu Tofa also have potable water.

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule grants audience to the Chairman and Members of the Nasarawa State Civil Service Commission.

The Chairman Civil Service Commission, Musa Dangana appreciated the Governor for giving the Commission the enabling support to carry out the task before it. Dangana said from 2019 to 2026, the Commission has absolved over two thousand casual workers and as well given approval for the promotion of civil servants.

Governor Abdullahi Sule appreciated the Chairman and Members of the Commission for their efforts in transforming the entire gamut of civil service in the state

GOV. SULE RECEIVES DISABILITY SUPPORT GROUPS IN SUPPORT OF WADADA GOVERNORSHIP MOVEMENT

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule received Disability Support Groups for Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, led by their leader and Chairman, Umar Dahiru and the Chairman Nasarawa State Disability Commission Hon. Salle Barde.

The leader of the delegation Umaru Dahiru said they were in Government House to register their solidarity and support for Wadada Governorship Movement across the 13 Local Government areas of the State.

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule received in audience, a Delegation from Solomon and Mary Lar Leadership Institute on a courtesy visit, Led by Rt. Hon. Bimbo Daramola.

The members of the institute’s Central planning committee were in Government House to invite Governor Sule to the launching of learning academy scheduled for November, 2026.

The Committee appreciate Governor Sule for his support to the Solomon and Mary Lar Foundation and the family

Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule played host to a large delegation of Tiv people under the umbrella of Tiv Development Association (TIDA) led by its President, Barnabas Zayol.

Also on the entourage were Tiv sons and daughters in government.

The TIDA re-affirmed it's support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada come 2027 general elections.

They appeal for the creation of autonomous Tiv district and the replacement of dead chiefs from several gazetted Tiv villages across the State.

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule received officials of 181 Registered All Progressives Congress, APC Support Groups, on a courtesy visit including Chairmen and Secretaries.

The APC support groups were led to Government House by Labaran Shuaibu Magaji PhD, SAN Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State. Their meeting was predicated on how to go about the scheduled October 10th, North Central region mega rally to stage in Lafia.

The event which is to bring together all the North-Central region State Governors, ministers and all top federal appointees would canvass support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.
