Dear son, sorry I couldn't protect you from the evil death that took you away, you will have been 10years old yesterday, 12th of March 7years ago, I was in the kidnappers den when life was stuffed out of your life, till today I am still wondering how come, I left you home healthy, your mum called me while in the kidnappers den that Samson is dead, she left the house to report at the police station that her husband was kidnapped while she left Samson with the proprietor of a school she was teaching then, I couldn't know why she didn't go with Samson to report at the police station that I am kidnapped, the news of Samson death really makes me sad, I cried bitterly in the kidnappers then, till today the shock and memory still linger on in my heart, Samson is a very brilliant chap, lively and kind, while I was mourning my dear baby boy in the kidnappers den, another strange thing occur, the kidnapper demanded for ransom, Nigeria police force at Igando police station in Lagos state did very unprofessional job that I can't Imagine that any responsible institution will ever do, after she report this matter officially at the station, I expect the police to carryout their responsibilities, Instead my wife was brainwashed, she was given a bag full of paper, according to her she was asked not to open the bag that it was 5million the ransom demanded by the kidnapper that was inside the bag, she was put on a bike, she took the bag with her to the kidnappers den location where they ask her to drop the 5million naira before they will release me, surprisingly she did not open the bag as instructed by the police, the police officer told her that they will follow her up with another bike, lo and behold, the kidnappers pick up the bag , came to where I am, open the bag expecting to see money, my people, no 50kobo in the bag, the bag was loaded with papers, please just imagine the kind of beating and torture, it is only the special grace of God I was not killed, I was mercilessly beating to stupor to the extend that news spread everywhere then that I have been killed by the kidnapper, Samson, your death is suspicious but I have vouch with my creator not destroy or take revenge on anyone, I leave your matter to almighty Allah, he knows how to handle whoever cut short your life at that tender age. I am not willing to write epistle today, just to celebrate and remember you even at death.

Dear son keep resting in the bossom of God almighty, you made me believe in reincarnation, you came back immediately in another body.

PRESENT THE STATE BUDGET OR BE IMPEACHED...RRM TO GOV FUBARA

The leadership of Rivers Restoration Movement in partnership with the good people from the Rivers Ijaw extraction heartily congratulates the leader of Rivers State politics and FCT MINISTER, H.E. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike CON, a man that God used to deliver the Rivers Ijaws from political extinction in 2023, the Speaker Rivers State House Of Assembly Rt Hon Matins Amaewhule, the 26 other Honourable Assembly Members and the entire political leadership that stood firm for truth on their well deserved victory at the supreme Court. This has proved that the Judiciary remains the last hope of the common man.

RRM want to specially thank the Supreme Court Justices led by Justice Emmanuel Agim for cementing the power of the Judiciary, owing to the fact that the Governor Siminialayi Fubara government has a penchant of disobeying valid court rulings at every opportunity.

It is on the premise of this landmark victory at the Supreme Court and actions taken by major actors after the verdict that Rivers Restoration Movement in partnership with true Rivers Ijaws take the following stand;

1) The project commissioning set to begin by Monday March 3, 2025 is illegal, vexatious and a clear sign that Governor Siminialayi Fubara has chosen to continue disobeying valid court rulings because the Judgement was clear that the Rivers State Government should not spend a dime without appropriation. So one begins to wonder where funds will be gotten from for this 10days Government function when we all know the 2024 and 2025 budget are all illegal.

2) RRM is calling on Rt Hon Matins Amaewhule and his Assembly members to rise up and defend democracy in Rivers State because only them have the constitutional mandate to act in partnership with the Nigerian police. The time for us has come to ensure all illegal appointments, spendings and actions by the Rivers State Government are holted until a proper budget is presented. The 10th Assembly should also not hesitate to WIELD THE BIG STICK OF IMPEACHMENT if the Governor continues on the part of illegality because we know the statewide broadcast by Gov Fubara was completely watery as regards the main issue of budget presentation.

3) Finally, RRM is calling on all leaders in Rivers State, Clergy, Politicians, Opinion Leaders and Traditional Rulers from all tribes to stand up for the truth and advice the Governor to respect our democracy. As a group that stood firm for powershift to the Riivers Ijaw Axis in 2023 and supported the former Governor and leader of Rivers State politics H.E Nyesom Wike CON to ensure Governor Siminialayi Fubara emerges against all odds, we are bold to say that our continuous opposition to all betrayals and illegal actions by the state Government remains strong because TRUTH AND JUSTICE WILL ALWAYS REIGN SUPREME IN THE MIDST OF UNGRATEFUL ACT.
