Today, I had the honour of receiving the leadership of education from Ikosi-Isheri LCDA on a courtesy visit to my office. The delegation was led by the Supervisor for Education, Hon. Adekunle Akinlotan, alongside the Special Adviser on Education, Hon. Lolade Salvador.

During our meeting, we engaged in productive discussions on the ongoing projects within the Ikosi-Isheri community, particularly focusing on the 12 schools under their jurisdiction. Today, I carried out an inspection and monitoring exercise of the 2nd Term Examination 2025/2026 process across several primary schools within the LGEA. This visit was necessary to ensure that the examinations commenced smoothly and in line with the expected standards.

I visited *St. Francis Primary School, Maryland Primary School, St. Agnes Primary School, Expressway I and II Primary Schools, Ayedere Primary School, Idera Primary School and Oluwalogbon Primary School* . At each school, I observed the conduct of the pupils, the preparedness of the teachers, and the overall organization of the examination environment.

I am pleased to note that the examinations started on schedule in all the schools visited. Pupils were seated properly, and the atmosphere was calm and conducive for writing. Teachers and invigilators were actively engaged, ensuring compliance with examination guidelines and maintaining discipline throughout the process.

During my visit, I interacted with some pupils and reviewed their work to ensure that the questions were clear and that they were writing with confidence. I also commended the teachers for their commitment and dedication to duty.

Overall, the exercise was successful, and I am satisfied with the level of organization and supervision observed across the schools visited today. I encourage all stakeholders to maintain this standard throughout the examination period.
