NIMR holds May Media Chat edition on Child Health to Advance SDG 3 in Nigeria.

NIMR held her monthly media chat (May edition) on June 3rd, 2025, featuring the DG, Prof. Oladapo Obafunwa; a Research Director, Prof. Oliver Ezechi and his team at the institute 's Centre for Reproduction and Population Health Studies. The researchers presented their findings on the Safety and antimicrobial resistance of mass administration of Azithromycin among children 1-11 months in Nigeria (SARMAAN 1).
This is part of the nation's efforts towards attainment of sustainable development goal (SDG 3).
