Lora ran out to the busy dark street crying. She felt the world was against her. The man she loved and trusted wholeheartedly was in bed with her enemy, her worst nightmare Naomi. She was helpless yet couldn't help the fact that she was still in love with Austin. Then her conscience began to judge her, could it be that Naomi had tried to seduce him earlier and he was right afterwards? She kept asking herself as she walked down the busy dark street.

Unfortunately for Austin, he was unable to stop her but still chased after her.

"Lora stop doing this to urself. You have to believe what I am telling you. Naomi came into the room feigning to be you in the dim light... Thank Goodness I never did anything crazy with her. Please believe me"

Austin said repeatedly but Lora kept stepping forward.

While Austin tried his best to convince Lora, Naomi picked up her phone and dialed Bill's number. She was already on the bed, in her room. Luckily he answered...

"Guess what? I just hit pay debt! I was able to..."

Bill interrupted the moment she started blurting.

"Didn't your mamaa teach you how to greet before starting a conversation with someone you're just speaking with for the first time inna day?"

This question from Bill sounded rhetorical and she wondered why he was always like that.

"Look I..."

"Save whatever excuse you want to give.. Speak!"

"I was able to get Austin out of Lora so you can have her back in your life and I am certain it's forever"

She said smiling stylishly. Over the phone, she could hear a lady kissing noisily. Could that be Tina? She thought and indeed, her instinct was right. There at Tina's, Bill and herself were on the bed chilling and having good time together. Tina was on a red bikini👙 romancing Bill's bare body and squeezing his ni***es lightly, not making it intense to let a moan.

"Urm... Sorry, is that Tina's voice i'm hearing?"

She asked, knowing that she would get an indirect answer for poke nosing.

"Yes and do you have a problem with that?"

His voice sounded more husky over the phone.

*this was totally expected. Gosh! must he always be like this? But wait.. Does he wanna have both Lora and Tina all to himself? Mehn Lora must be suffering a lot in his hands, but why do I even care?*

Naomi said out of the phone so Bill wouldn't hear

"Ofcourse not🙄"

"So how did you do what you did?"

He queries and she explained that, while Lora and Austin were about to sleep, she gave them a sign that something was happening outside in the dark(she had kicked a steel plate) and this made Lora come out of the room thinking a cat was messing up some things. Then she went into the room and layed next to Austin without his observation... Lora came in and caught them.

"And that was it"

"Hahahahahaha" Bill guffawed loudly "Woow, that was so fast. Never knew you were good at this things... Woooh! So I can finally have my woman back"

"A... And my payment for it?"

"You don't have to worry about the money young lady, just make sure they don't get back together again"

He rang off the call instantly

"And I can have my prince charming Austin too"

She laughed conclusively at her success.

"Babe, what did she say?"😏

Tina asked, mildly furious

"She has succeeded in parting Lora and Austin. She's got the talent"

Bill told her.

"So you can finally have Lora back?"

"Why not?"

"So what about me?😒 what will happen to me then?"

Tina asked, feeling jealous and Bill noticed this immediately. Then he grabbed her by the face and kissed her lips

"C'mon baby, you know you're always my number one and I can't let go of you. Lora's nothing but a slave... my SLAVE!"

"Humm, and that Naomi is always feeling like she could do all. You shouldn't pay her that much for she's so fool of herself"🙄😏

"Well she's doing what she think will be beneficial for her and myself. I want my Lora back and she wants her Austin... So it's balanced"

"Don't you think you should just let go of Lora already since she's in love with another?"

Tina said and this got Bill so furious that he dashed her a glare.

"Are you crazy? How do you think I can possibly let go of Lora for that fool Austin. S**t! I can't imagine you just said that to me. Look, no one's having her except me!" 😠

Angrily, he got out of the bed and slid into his trousers, ready to leave. Then he reached for a stick of ci******es and a lighter and lit it.

"Are you leaving already?"

Tina's voice went low.

"I can no longer stay here, besides, I need to catch up with traffic"

He buttoned up his shirt as the cigarette hung from his lips.

"Am sorry okay, I just blurted"

"Tryna be careful with what you say whenever you're next to me" he grabbed his car keys and remote, walking towards the door "Goodnight"

"Come back Bill, please"

But he had gone and shut the door hardly.

"S**t! He's gone crazy"

She muttered.

"Austin there's nothing here to believe. I caught you both red handed. Just leave me, all you guys are the same"

"There you go again. You can't use Bill's mistake to refer others. Lora you know what am capable of doing"

"Oh yes I know. I know you're capable of sleeping around with different slt out there. I know your type of guy, green snake under green grass! Who knows, you may be worst than Bill"

"Stop it Lora! Just stop already! How can you think so low of me? I mean how....Jesus!"

Austin felt irritated by her words.

"Go on. Go ahead and shout at me cuz you know I am right"

"You aren't right in any way Lora and you can never be as long as this matter is concerned. Why are you been so adamant about this? What do you want me to do huh?... admit that I did it and then you will be fine? Is that what you want Lora?"

"Well, I was wrong for trusting you from the very start and I should blame myself for it"

"Okey fine, since you are too adamant to believe me, go ahead and do what you want. I won't..."

Then they sighted Fred coming from afar. Fred too was stunned to see them out this late.

"Fred's coming, you should organize yourself"

He muttered to Lora and before Fred finally approached them, they organized themselves, pretending that everything was okay.

"Hey Fred?"

"What are you both doing outside?" His gaze shifted to Lora's hands "And why are you carrying that big bag Lora?"

"Urm... we.."

She started stammering but Austin bumped in

"We are actually going to dispose few unusable clothes down that trash land"

Surprisingly, Lora's eyes popped out by Austin's genuine lie.

"Well it's too late to go down there and I don't think the trash carriers are on duty tonight"

Fred said

"I can find somewhere el..."

Lora was cut short by Austin again

"Yea right. And Fred, where went you?"

"Oh" he looked at his hand "We ran out of lighter so i went to get lighter from a nearby shop for making camp fire"

"Camp fire?"

Both Lora and Austin said simultaneously and looked at each other but Lora was forced to withdraw her eyes from his instantly as the anger was still boiling inside.

Fred giggles

"Seems like the chairman has something important to discuss with us at the field. He already called for an assembly"

"What could that be?"

"Not sure but he mentioned something about leaving tomorrow"

"Yea, yea.. I remember today completes our stay for the camping here. We should go back inside then"

"Sure"

Austin gently collected the bag from Lora and signaled her to control and organize herself while they go in. He was so lucky and at once excited that Fred showed up cuz this way, it was so easy to get Lora back inside even if she has to pour all her anger 😠 on him, not trusting his innocence.

In a jiffy, they were in the compound. Fred went straight to light the fire on the already set wood. Few people were sitted around the campfire and some that were still coming out of their rooms.

"Can I have my bag now?"

Lora said in a harsh tone, still wearing a frown and without even waiting to hear his response, she grabbed the bag from him.

"C'mon baby, do you still need to go?"

And rudely, she walked out on him heading towards their apartment to keep her bag. Austin now breathed a sigh of relief, at least she finally didn't leave else it would have been hell for him.

I know I have lost a lot of fans cuz I usually post late and I permit you to scold me however you like😔 but just know it that it's not so easy to compose a whole story I have never thought of plus I go to work every day from morning to night. I also want to round up this story and start another. I just hope y'all forgive me 😓🙏

They were supposed to have their second game by 1pm but surprisingy, the bell hadn't been rung and the time was saying 1:45pm. The chairman with manager paulson consulted for coach and asked him what was going on but he headed straight Naomi's apartment and dashed a loud knock on the door. She jumped from bed as soon as she heard it and instantly rubbed her eyes. She picked up her phone and looked at the time, a loud gasp left her mouth. She was supposed to ring the alarm bell for the game but because of the work she had been doing, she didn't know when sleep took over her.

"Damn! How am I going to face everyone especially chairman? Am not ready for a second round of punishment"

A knock came again and she wondered who was at the door. Without taking much time, she came out to meet coach wearing an angry look and she knew the reason so she didn't bother to inquire.

"Don't tell me you've been sleeping"

He yelled after studying the bleary look on her face.

"A... Am sorry, I didn't know when I slept"

"Really? You have been assigned a task and you stand here telling me you didn't know when you slept? Well, the people are waiting to hear the alarm, hurry up!"

When he left, Naomi scratched her head in embarrassment as she followed immediately to ring the alarm bell.

"What took you so long to ring it young lady?"

Chairman asked, looking straight into her eyes but she was so ashamed to reply. Few minutes later, the game kicked off, it was a relay race and as ordered, Naomi was not to partake in any of the games. There was no need selecting another team for Stan instead was enjoined in team C.

The first set from each teams stood in a horizontal line and as soon as coach blew the whistle, they took off. This went round until it got to Lora's turn which was the last set then Naomi sneaked from the back with a scarf tied around her head to cover her face, this way no one was able to recognize her cuz they all based their focus on the ongoing sport. She saw this as an opportunity to pull Lora down even if she has to end up in jail for it.

On her hands were plenty nails which she flung on the lane where Lora was supposed to run in. Luckily, the nails landed on the spot she had expected it and she smiled and returned to where she had been standing to watch the drama happen.

"On your mark, set,..."

Coach blew the whistle and immediately, they took off. While they were running, the crowd kept cheering them up until Lora accidentally stepped on the nails...

"Ouuuch!"

She landed heavily on the ground and everyone gasped simultaneously.

"Loraaa!"

It was Austin's loud voice as he ran towards her direction with two of their team mate and also a security man.

"Are you okay Lora? Oh my goodness! nails? Security why are there nails on the field?"

"I don't know sir but we removed every object that may cause accident from the field earlier this afternoon so I don't know how this came about. Am sorry I will get rid of this at once. Maybe you should take her away"

Security man explained. Lora looked straight at the rest running and her eyes widened.

"No! I have to do this!"

She got up and with the little strength left in her, she resumed running again to every one's amazement including Austin who couldn't stop her. Immediately, the security man did away with the nails.

When she got to the middle, the crowd were surprised 😲 to see that Lora had ran passed the rest and this made her come first.

Coach blew his whistle to the final team winner and they didn't stop clapping. Naomi on the other side gnashed her teeth to her failure, almost in tears.

Blair's

"Here's the results I've got"

Inspector handed his laptop to Mr and Mrs Blair. On the laptop was a picture of a small baby wearing the same dress as their lost child but the face looked quite different. And by the side was a young lady too. There were details about her written beaneath the pictures. It was said that the baby had grown to become the young lady.

"Am sorry inspector but this isn't our child. I know exactly how my girl looks like"

Mrs Blair said, handling the laptop back to the inspector who seemed so disappointed after his many research.

"But the pictures you gave me showed the same face as the one in my system. Take a deep look"

And he handed the laptop back to them to have a clearer view but they still said the same thing.

"It's fine Madam. Well I have brought this information to you both for a proper confirmation and now have gotten what I want.
My boys and i will continue with our search until ur daughter is found"

"Thanks inspector, you are really doing a good job"

He got to his feet, about to take his leave. Then Mr Blair said something into his wife's ear that she went into the room and came out some seconds later with a white large envelope.

"Here" He collected the envelope from her and handed it over to the inspector "Please don't give up on this job inspector"

He opened the envelope a fracture and peeped into it. It was nothing more than money and this got him grinning.

"We shall keep doing our best to ensure that your child is found and that's my promise to you"

He assured and soon used the first front door out.

The event was finally over as everyone got back to their apartment. A call entered Naomi's phone as she sneaked a surreptitious walk to the backyard to answer the call. Obviously it was Tina.

"So, how did it go?"

Tina asked from the phone

"It was a total failure Tina, none of ur plans ever works!"

Naomi yelled quietly, half covering her mouth so she wouldn't be heard.

"Hey watch your tongue else?"

Tina fires back

"Else what?"

"Don't get on ma nerves lady, remember we're both getting paid for this job."

"But you seem not to have any better plan in that empty head of yours"

Tina laughed loudly that it affected Naomi's ear.

"You say I have no good plans right, how come you happen to be a toilet cleaner there at the campground?"

"What?"

Naomi was shocked

"Surprised aren't you?"

Tina laughs again

"How do you get to know?"

"How I knew is none of your f**king business but wot I wanna say is that you're the foolish one here. I came up with a plan but you ruined it all because of your foolishness and stupid obsession over that guy, Austin. Such a dummy you are"😎😏

By now, Naomi was totally ashamed but could only hide it in her voice and the expression. Tina was still laughing when Naomi cut the call on her exasperatedly.

Later at night
In Bill's car

"The plan failed again"

Tina told Bill, rubbing her forehead. While Bill stared at her with angry eyes.

"The plan did what?"

"You heard me clearly"

Tina said without turning to face the fussing Bill.

"I knew that lady wasn't the right person for this job. I knew she was going to ruin it cuz all she's after money"

"Don't forget she has her own motives as well as we do, so we can still trust her with this."

"Am gonna skin them alive"

Bill yelled in gnashed teeth

"Well, they will be returning soon so you can handle the rest yourself, for now I will be leaving. I need some cash"

She stretched her right hand towards Bill's direction expecting to feel some money in it and Bill looked at her for a while before he placed a bundle into it. She kissed him on the lips and walked out of the car to the dim lighted street. Bill reversed his car and zoomed off.

Same night (7pm)


Austin was laying shirtless on the bed, facing the ceiling with his head resting on this palms. While Lora stood facing the mirror and trying to take her makeup off.

"I can't believe we made it again babe"

Austin said, glad.

"That was possible cuz of me"

Lora boasted and he smiled

"Yea yea. N'va knew you were such a stong woman and on top of that, you could run.. Mehn am so proud to have someone like you"

"This got me blushing😊"

She said, looking him through the mirror.

"Yah babe, feel free to"

Lora chuckled

"Bed time"

"Humm.. Am drowsy already"

Austin said as he stifled a yawn

She was done taking off her jewelries and makeups, she replaced the sharp light with the dim one and walked to lay next to Austin on the bed, she wrapped her arms around his bare body and laid her head on his chest while he kissed her forehead romantically and cuddled her like a big baby.

"I love you"

He confessed and she smiled sweetly then he covered them with the large bed spread. As soon as they shut their eyes to sleep, a loud sound came from outside, more like a cat running on a steel object. They opened their eyes immediately.

"What was that sound?"

Austin asked, wondering.

"I don't know. Lemme have a look out"

"Please be careful"

As soon as Lora left the room to see what was going on outside, a lady sneaked into the room without making any sounds and she shut the door quietly. Because the room was dimly lit, Austin couldn't see who it was and had thought it was Lora since the figure resembled hers.

"Babe did you see anything out there? Was it a cat or something else?"

He asked but could only see the figure shake her head to avoid talking and she started heading towards his direction. Austin didn't bother to ask why she only shook her head since Lora was sometimes like that, answering with signs.

"Alright come back to bed then, am sleepy"

Then pretending to be Lora, she got on top of the bed and crossed her leg on his body, covered the blanket and smiled devilishly.

Again, when they were about to sleep, a knock came on the door and Austin was too worried that he couldn't sleep peacefully.

"Why have Austin locked the door or has he forgotten that I am outside? Am gonna s***k his ass when I finally get in"

She muttered

"Who could be knocking at this hour?"

Austin asked and tried to get up but the lady drew him back, her refusal to let him go.

"No babe, I need to know what's going on out there. Will be right back"

And he got out of bed, turned the light on and walked straight to the door to open. Immediately the door opened, it revealed the real Lora. 😳😱

"Babe why have you locked me outside?"

Austin screamed and nearly urinated on his panties. What had he seen, was this a ghost or.... and who had he led into his room?...

While Lora wondered why he was so frightened like he had really seen a ghost or was he trying to joke with her?

Then speechlessly, Austin turned back and found out that the lady that had earlier entered the room was Naomi, pretending to be Lora. What an accident!

"Jesus!!" 😰😱😖

Lora's scream was louder than that of Austin when they found out that Naomi was completely naked on the bed, laughing devilishly to her success.

"Naooomiii!"

Lora cried and couldn't help crying 😭😭

"How dare you, you bitch!"

Austin shouted, trying not to look at her nakedness then he turned to meet the fire burning in Lora's eyes.

"It's not what you think baby, this lady is a devil... I... I never knew it was her..."

Austin tried to explain, crying.

"Austin you cheat! You liar! You betrayed my trust.... Oh my gosh... Wat... No no no! I can't take this"

Lora was like totally depressed, the whole atmosphere felt like hell. Without much hesitation, she ran in and started pulling Naomi's hair angrily but Austin ran up to her and the next thing was a heavy slap plastered on his face from Lora. He accepted the slap as he watched her packing her bags to leave.

"Babe you can't do this, trust me I thought you were the one that walked into the room. Don't mind anything this w***e says please babe"

"Honey come on, we aren't done f**king"

Naomi said, licking her upper lip seductively and this irritated him the more.

"It's not true my love, I haven't done any thing with her" then he turned to face Naomi who was already dressed "get the f**k outta my room you worthless bitch else you won't like the kinda face you would get in the next five seconds!" He barked, pointing at the door. 👹

"I trusted you Austin, you made me believe you were different from every other men out there but now I know you are nothing different from Bill"😭😠

She started leaving the room but he tried to stop her. Right this minute, he was facing something worst than hell that if it were possible, he would reversed the time to when Lora switched the light and ask her not to do it but no, who could predict the future?

While he chased Naomi out of the room, he tried yo stop Lora from leaving him cuz of some misunderstandings and as she ran out of the room with her bags, he ran after her. Naomi sat upright on the bed as she watch the drama going smoothly to her taste and laughing foolishly to her success. 😝😝 She thought she could finally have Austin all to herself. 👿👿
