Some usual indicators of liver disease includes;
•Fatigue and weakness
•Loss of appetite
•Nausea and vomiting
•Yellow discoloration of the skin and •whites of the eyes (jaundice)
•Dark-colored urine
•Light-colored stools
•Itching
•Easy bruising or bleeding
•Swelling in the legs and abdomen (edema and ascites)
•Spider-like blood vessels on the skin (spider angiomas)
•Confusion or changes in mental function (hepatic encephalopathy)
It is important to note that many of these symptoms can also be caused by other conditions, so it is important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
Also, some people with liver disease do not have any symptoms in early stages and only discover it when they get a routine health checkup or when symptoms become severe.
