ICSAN FAST TRACK MEMBERSHIP
The Fast Track to Membership Programme was introduced by the Institute to provide an accelerated pathway for accomplished professionals with a minimum of a first degree in relevant disciplines to attain membership. The programme delivers focused, high-level training designed to strengthen governance, leadership, and strategic competencies. Upon successful completion, participants are admitted into a globally recognized body of governance professionals.
THOSE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
Applicants must possess a minimum of a first degree and fall into any of the following categories:
a) Company Secretaries with at least fifteen (15) years’ cognate experience in Company Secretarial Practice and Corporate Governance.
b) Chairmen, Secretaries, and Members of the Boards of Public Sector entities.
c) Public/Civil Servants who:
i. Are not below the rank of Deputy/Assistant Director; and
ii. Have spent a minimum of ten (10) years in senior management positions.
d) Senior Military, Police, and Paramilitary Officers from the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or its equivalent in other services.
e) Senior Lecturers in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, and related disciplines.
f) Legal Practitioners and Legal Advisers with not less than fifteen (15) years post-call experience.
g) Bankers, Accountants, and holders of related degrees with a minimum of twenty (20) years’ relevant experience at senior management level.
h) Directors and Senior Managers with at least twenty (20) years of management experience.
Shortlisted candidates will benefit from exemptions, as only core subjects will be examined.

ICSAN APPOINTS NEW REGISTRAR/CEO
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Aniedi Amos, FCIS, as the new Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the Institute.
Mr. Amos is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute whose professional journey reflects dedication, competence, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of corporate governance and institutional excellence.
He previously served the Institute in a senior management capacity, where he demonstrated good leadership and administrative acumen. His subsequent election into the Governing Council further underscored the confidence reposed in him by the membership.
His appointment as Registrar/CEO marks a significant milestone, bringing to the role a wealth of experience, deep institutional knowledge, and a clear vision for the continued growth and advancement of the Institute.
