I surrender my heavy weights, my guilt and shame, my everything at feet. I accept YOUR gift of salvation, I reject the devil and his wicked ways and I proclaim YOU as my LORD and SAVIOUR. Please, write my name in the book of life and remove my name from the book of death and condemnation. Thank YOU LORD for saving me, AMEN
