HOUSING PRODUCTS FROM LAGOS STATE DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY CORPORATION (LSDPC)

In the last 6 years LSDPC completed 12 housing projects and delivered a total of 710 home units. Presently the Corporation has 25 ongoing projects at various locations and these projects are estimated to produce a total of 2,415 home units in addition to the housing stock in the State.

On Friday, students of Masters in Housing and Urban Development in the Lagos State University (LASU) led by Dr Ade Adebayo paid a courtesy visit to the MD/CEO LSDPC, Hon Ayodeji Joseph. Dr Ade spoke highly of the MD as they were former colleagues as students in LASU.

Hon Ayodeji Joseph and members of the senior management were present to receive the team. The aim of the visit was to gather knowledge and experience from LSDPC regarding our history, building process, regeneration, affordability amongst others.

Yesterday, the Honourable Commissioner for Housing Ministry of Housing, Lagos State , Hon. Moruf Akinderu-Fatai; the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Housing, Engr. Abdulahafiz Gbolahan Toriola and the Management Staff visited the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation.

The team was received by the MD /CEO Lagos State Development and Property Corporation Hon. Ayodeji Adebayo Joseph, the Executive Directors and other members of Management Team.

This was a courtesy visit with the aim of strengthening the existing collaboration between both parties and to create a seamless synergy where both organisations will help Mr Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu actualize his Housing mandate for the State.
