Habanero pepper (Capsicum Chinese Habanero) is a variety of chilli pepper. Habanero pepper are very hot, which are mostly used for soup, sauce and stew.

Lettuce is an annual plant of the daisy family, Asteraceae. It is most often grown as a leaf vegetable, but sometimes for its stem and seeds.
Lettuce is most often used for salads, although it is also seen in other kinds of food, such as soups and sandwiches.

The Lagos Spinach is a very popular vegetable among Yoruba. It is mostly used to prepare Efo riro.
Shoko yokoto is rich in folic acid, protein, calcium and iron

The Jute leave commonly known with the South- westerners (Yoruba’s) in Nigeria as the ‘Ewedu leaf’ has been scientifically proven to be a very nutritious vegetable to man.

Ewedu contains almost all of the nutrient required by the human body. More importantly, it is known for its high antioxidant property which is in the form of the Vitamin E.

Spinach is a leafy vegetable that comes in different varieties i.e Lagos Spinach commonly know as Celosia called "Sokoyokoto" , Malabar Spinach known as "Amunututu" and African Spinach comes in two types commonly known as Local Amaranth "Tete Abalaye" and Green Amaranth "Tete" .
