CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF ROYAL EXCELLENCE AND IMPACT

I was deeply honoured to actively participate in the grand celebration marking the 25th Coronation Anniversary of His Royal Majesty, Oba Azeez Ishola Gbadabiu Asiwaju I, Ategbo I, the revered Onikotun of Ikotun Kingdom.

The prestigious event, held on Saturday, 17th May 2026 at the Royal Banquet Hall, Igando-Ikotun Secretariat, Ikotun, was a remarkable gathering of royal fathers, government dignitaries, community leaders, political stakeholders, and well-wishers from across Lagos State and beyond.

Among the distinguished personalities in attendance were the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, the Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Barr. ‘Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin, alongside several eminent traditional rulers and notable leaders.

The celebration was not only a reflection of Kabiyesi’s 25 years on the throne, but also a powerful testament to his enduring legacy of visionary leadership, cultural preservation, peace, unity, and community development within Ikotun Kingdom.

Kabiyesi’s reign continues to inspire progress, strengthen tradition, and promote harmony among the people.

I heartily congratulate His Royal Majesty on this historic silver jubilee celebration and pray that Almighty God grants him continued wisdom, strength, sound health, and a more prosperous reign over Ikotun Kingdom.

EID-UL-ADHA CELEBRATION WITH MY APC FAMILY, COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND WELL-WISHERS

Yesterday, 28th May 2026, was indeed a memorable and joyful occasion as I joined my beloved APC family, respected community members, and numerous well-wishers in celebrating the blessed festival of Eid-ul-Adha.

Eid-ul-Adha reminds us of the virtues of faith, sacrifice, love, obedience, and compassion towards one another. It was heartwarming to share in the spirit of the celebration with people from different walks of life, united by peace, love, and a common desire for progress and harmony within our communities.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who celebrated, visited, prayed, and shared goodwill with us during this special season. Your support, prayers, and continuous encouragement remain deeply valued and inspiring.

As we reflect on the lessons of Eid, may the blessings of Almighty Allah continue to guide our homes, strengthen our unity, and bring greater peace, prosperity, and progress to Igando-Ikotun LCDA and our dear nation.

Thank you to my APC family, community leaders, friends, and well-wishers for making the celebration memorable.
