Dear good people of our constituency,

I I'm humbled by your support, to say the least.

This victory would not have been possible but for your support and the grace of the Almighty.

For your steadfast love, support, resilience and goodwill, my appreciation can't be sufficient. I am not the best of orators, like you all knew before now and obviously, I don't have the best words to appreciate you all but deep inside me, I acknowledge every bit of your efforts towards my victory at the polls. I pray the good Lord will make my service to our constituency and our people a remarkable one.

To our APC leaders and members, you are the heroes and heroines.

To my dear brother and co-contestant, Opekete, you are not a looser. You have fought a good fight. May the Lord reward your efforts. I love, brother.

Finally, I will continue to need your collective prayers and further support in my intents and efforts to give you all the best of representations.

Sir, you have made us proud in a countless number of ways and we, on behalf of the good people of Irele Local Government and Ondo State at large, wish you long life and prosperity in sound health. Igba odun, odun kan Sir!

We heartily congratulate our boss, an icon of integrity, Dr Christopher Ogunlana on his appointment as a member, Presidential Committee on Federal Medical Centre, Nguru. It's an appointment well and long deserved. We also used this medium to appreciate our amiable President, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari (Rtd) for considering this highly experienced medical practitioner worthy of this meritorious service to the people. God bless Nigeria. God bless Mr President. God bless Dr Ogunlana!

Representation in a legislative chamber entails more than being seen or addressed as an Honourable. It requires the services of people of impeccable cardinal virtues and, of course, people who will always prioritize the needs and yearnings of the people they represent. Having realized and said this, it becomes vitally imperative for me to offer myself for the services of my people more than I have done alone on personal bases. Running for membership of the Ondo State House of Assembly in 2015 is a decision that is occasioned by my irresistible desire to bring to the common people of Irele Local Government the dividends of democracy which our people truly deserve and the kind of representation all and sundary will be proud of. It is in this pursuit that I have meticulously mapped out my four-point agenda in the areas of HEALTH, EMPOWERMENT, EDUCATION and INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT. These, I can not achieve in monolith, but with the support of you all in Irele Local Government, the change we all deserve and are craving for is not far-fetched. Your support for Dr Ogunlana Christopher is one that will initiate and propel a change in orientation as regards representation, one that will challenge both predecessors and successors and one that will lay an indelible foundation for people-oriented representation in government. BIOGRAPHY OF DR OGUNLANA
Born to the family of Primate and Mrs O.E Ogunlana of Arowa Quarters, Ode - Irele in 1964, Dr Ogunlana Christopher had his primary education at C $ S Primary School, Ode - Irele. He also attended Methodist Modern School, Ode - Irele before he proceeded to C.A.C Grammar School, Akure, where he bagged his O'level certificate.
As a brilliant and ambitious young man, he was later admitted into Olabisi Onabanjo University where he studied Medicine and Surgery and graduated as one of the best graduating students of his set. He has, since then, been an excelling medical practitioner. He also had a post graduate study in Utra Sonography under MEDULAG Consult at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
Dr Ogunlana is currently the Medical Director, Ogunlana Hospital, Lagos, Chairman, West Hall Schools, Lagos and Chairman/Managing Director, C-Klass Hotels $ Gardens, Lagos. His humble and generous character has endeared him to friends, family and acquaintances.
Dr Ogunlana, a proud husband of one wife, is happily married to the humble, friendly and angelic Mrs Ogunlana Roseline(nee Akindola, from Logbosere Quarter, Ode - Irele) and blessed with disciplined and God-fearing children.
