Facing the challenge of linking the cities of Kawasaki and Kisarazu, two urban nucleus located on both sides of Tokyo Bay, Japanese authorities decided to resort to a viaduct, an underground canal... And, as a gift, build two artificial islands over the Pacific waters, one of which is 650 meters and provides a huge parking and commercial area.

And that's nothing!

The project was named as Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line and although it was inaugurated already a quarter of a century ago still surprising for its dimensions, design and the technical solution with which it saves a bay of more than 14 kilometers wide in which the waters reach 70 meters of depth. 🤯

Binta Nyako Denies Nnamdi Kanu's Bail Application, Cites Jumping Bail, Prosecution Counsel Pushes For Commencement Of trial

Justice Binta Nyako had today 20th May, 2024, ruled on the bail application case filed by Aloy Ejimakor, counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

In her ruling on the bail application, Binta Nyako denies Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's bail application, says he jumped bail the previous time.

Reacting to the ruling, Barr. Aloy Ejimakor reminded the court that the detaining authority are spying and eavesdropping his clients conversations trying to interfere in the privacy of him with his client.

In response, Binta Nyako told the DSS to provide MNK with a safe, clean space to always meet with his lawyers.

Also reacting, Ejimakor maintains that the DSS are known for flouting her instructions, as they've done so habitually since 2021.

Meanwhile, the prosecuting counsel are urging the court to start the trial immediately.

Pastor refuses to refund money after receiving N1M instead of N100K

Police officers visit a pastor who refused to refund a young man who accidentally sent him the sum of N1M instead of N100K.

An unidentified preacher made headlines after attributing money mistakenly transferred to him by a congregation as a gift to God.

In the video, the church member could be seen marching into the pastor’s house with police officers while accusing him to his face.

According to the congregant, he sent the clergyman the sum of N100k but mistakenly sent a million naira. Efforts to reach the pastor for a refund proved abortive as he insisted on withholding the excess as a gift to God.

This triggered the church member to involve the police for ease of getting his money back from the preacher.

Nnamdi Kanu Heads Back To The Court Tomorrow To Know His Fate

Previously in April, the Federal High Court Abuja adjourned rulling on the application to transfer the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra out of the DSS custody to another detention facility. Rulling on the application was adjourned by Justice Binta Nyako being the trial judge and scheduled for tomorrow, May 20th, 2024.

Regarding the fact that the rights of the IPOB leader have been trampled upon in various occasions by both the Federal Government and the DSS officials, all eyes will be on Justice Binta Nyako to know if she will "make or will further mar" the terrible state of the Nigerian judiciary tomorrow. In a bid to revive the economic fortunes of Aba, Governor Alex Otti has flagged off the reconstruction of the 3.5-kilometer Osisioma-Ekeakpara Road, a critical infrastructure project aimed at restoring the city's industrial stretch.
