CLOSING MESSAGE ON THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PVC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
On behalf of the leadership and members of Northern Borno Youth Support for AMG–MTM 2027, I am pleased to announce the successful conclusion of our PVC Awareness Campaign across the ten Local Government Areas of Northern Borno.
Throughout the campaign, we engaged communities, traditional and religious leaders, youths, women, and other stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of obtaining and updating Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) as a vital step toward active democratic participation and responsible citizenship.
My sincere appreciation goes to the Executive Chairmen of the ten Local Government Areas of Northern Borno for their invaluable support and cooperation throughout this exercise. I wish to specially acknowledge Hon. Zanna Lawan Ajimi, Hon. Mali Bulama Mali Gubio, Hon. Mohammed M. Gana Badu, and Hon. Liman Kalla Alhaji Monguno for their outstanding commitment and encouragement, which greatly contributed to the success of the campaign.
I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to our Local Government Coordinators, Ward Coordinators, volunteers, media team, security agencies, traditional and religious leaders, community stakeholders, and every individual who dedicated their time, energy, and resources to making this campaign a remarkable success. Your commitment has strengthened our collective vision of a more informed, united, and politically active Northern Borno.
Our message remains clear: every eligible citizen should possess a valid PVC and exercise their constitutional right to vote peacefully, responsibly, and in accordance with the law. Although this awareness campaign has officially come to an end, our commitment to voter education, youth mobilization, civic engagement, and the democratic development of our communities will continue.
Let us remain united, peaceful, and committed to the progress and prosperity of Northern Borno and Borno State as a whole.
Thank you all for your unwavering support, prayers, and dedication. Together, we will continue to build a stronger and more prosperous future for our people.
