THREE YEARS OF WASTE. THREE YEARS OF NOTHING.
*1. Twenty one* That is the number of local government areas in Benue State, with not a single project, in Three years of Alia's "healing"
*2. 1.2 Trillion Naira.* That is the amount of federal and other allocations to Benue State and its local governments that cannot be accounted for.
3. *Three months.*
That is the number of months this "healing" government owes our poor local government staff. Not to mention the months of salary and pension arrears to other civil servants.
*4. Autonomy.* That is the fantastic lie this "healing" governor told. He promised local government autonomy. What we have is possibly the worst sleaze of our lifetime.
*5. Death and destruction:* That is what Benue people have endured under the healing governor while his aides try to lie the facts away. More of our people have died in this healing than in the last three governments put together.
*6. 100 days:* That is the number of days the healing governor promised that our people would go back to their homes. Today, three years later, more IDPs are in camps than ever before in our history.
*7. Loans:* With the Billions rolling into the state from federal allocation and IGR, this healing government has collected billion of Naira in loans with nothing to show for them.
*8. Thuggery:* That is the in thing in Benue today. The healing administration has recruited thugs to silence dissent in a manner never practiced in Benues history with their slogan "no lalia, no Benue"
*9. Nepotism:* This healing priest has promoted Nepotism in its highest ugly forms in Benue. Today, over 47 key government positions are held by his kinsmen. Never in Benue's history was this known.
*10. Non accountability and transparency:* The healing administration is the least transparent in Benue's history. How much, for instance, is the three year long Makurdi underpass worth? Only he knows.
*11. The anti open Grazing law:* That is the only policy statement the healing gomna made during his inaugural speech. He promised to revisit it. Today, he has abandoned the law and our lands are invaded and taken over.

*HELP IS ON THE WAY.*
An ADC government led by me will
1. Secure our borders,
2. Protect Benue lives and properties,
3. Stop the plunder of our common wealth,
4. Build infrastructure,
5. Re-awaken our civil service,
6. End nepotism,
7. Promote merit,
8. Develop rural communities, and
9. Make Benue great again.

I invite Benue people, all of you, on this third anniversary of this mis-rule and plunder, to join us.

Rt.Hon. Barr. Herman Hembe wins ADC Gubernatorial Primary Elections. Rt. Hon. Hembe polled 46,526 votes to defeat Hon. Peter Adejoh and Hon. Joseph Waya, who scored 31,990 and 26,916 votes respectively.

Congratulations Rt. Hon. Barr. Herman Hembe, the Gubernatorial Candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2027 General Elections.

Makurdi LGA ADC endorses Hembe

The leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Makurdi LGA, have unanimously endorsed HE. Rt. Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe as their consensus candidate ahead of the 2026 ADC Governorship primary election.

Leaders of the five components in Makurdi LGA equally shot the door against any other aspirant as the primary election draws closer.

This historic event took place at the Makurdi residence of Hon. Mzondu Benjamin Bem in the very early hours of today, Wednesday 20th May 2026

Rt. Hon. Herman Iorwase Hembe today picked the ADC's Express of Interest and Nomination Form for Governorship of Benue State.

As we commence this journey, we pray for God's continued favour, support of ADC members, and subsequently, the support of all Benue people.
