Yesterday, I had the pleasure of receiving a visit from the Mashegu Wake Up Association at my residence in Minna, Niger State.

The association is dedicated to promoting the development of our Local Government, Mashegu, We had a fruitful discussion on the challenges facing our community and explored ways to address them.

Thank you to Mashegu Wake Up for your commitment. May Allah make Mashegu a model Local Government and bless our collective efforts. Ameen.

Today at the office, I had a meaningful discussion with visitors from my Local Government Area on important community issues, I’m grateful for their commitment as we work together for progress.

May Allah guide us and grant us success in our efforts to serve our people. Ameen.

I, the Commissioner for Housing and Urban Renewal, along with the Permanent Secretary and the Director-General of Housing, visited the Three Arms Zone in Minna to inspect the progress of ongoing work.

We pray for continued progress and success in all our efforts to develop Niger State.

The choice of the Governor of the Year Award 2024 was based on His Excellency, Farmer (Dr) Mohammed Umaru Bago's socio-economic programmes, which are changing the narratives and trajectory in Niger State, vis-a-vis agricultural mechanization revolution, food security emergency, infrastructure development and many more.

Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago dedicated the Governor of the Year Award to all farmers in Nigeria.
