The Assemblies of God Nigeria's Owerri East Zone is hosting its 2025 Easter Retreat, Theme " INCREASE" at Evangel Secondary School on Toronto Road Safety Road in Owerri, starting this Thursday, April 17, 2025.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING!

Today marks a significant milestone as the women of Owerri East District converge at AGC Transegbu for their first gathering of 2025!

We celebrate this momentous occasion and honor the women who make our district thrive.

Special appreciation to our District Coordinator, Mummy Amarachi Esom and her team, for her tireless efforts and dedication.

May God bless and empower our women as they continue to shine and make a difference in our community!

Signs of bad friends who only come to you when they are in need includes:

1. One-sided interactions: They rarely reach out unless they need something from you, such as help or support, and don't make an effort to check on you or maintain the relationship otherwise.

2. No reciprocity: When you need support or assistance, they aren't available, or they don't offer help in return when you are in a similar situation.

3. Lack of emotional investment: They don’t care about your life, your well-being, or how you’re feeling unless it directly benefits them.

4. Manipulative behavior: They may guilt-trip you into helping them or use you as a means to fulfill their own needs without regard for yours.

5. Disrespectful of boundaries: They expect you to drop everything when they need something but don’t respect your time, boundaries, or personal space otherwise.

6. Feeling drained: After interactions with them, you feel exhausted, unappreciated, or taken advantage of, instead of feeling uplifted or supported.

7. Only showing up during crises: They tend to disappear when things are going well for you but appear only during your tough times or when they are facing difficulties.

If you notice these signs, it may be worth reflecting on whether the friendship is healthy or if it's more of a one-sided dynamic.
