The trial of Olisa Metuh, national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), continues today, January 25.
At the beginning of the hearing PDP’s spokesperson has been docked at the Federal High Court this morning.
He was again brought to the court in handcuffs.

Meanwhile, because the prosecution was just served, the trial judge deferred hearing on the issue to January 27.
He, however, declined to adjourn the trial, asking the first prosecution witness to testify.

Meantime, a court has adjourned hearing on the case of infringement of the fundamental human right filed by Metuh, till February 10 for hearing on the matter.

The case by Justice O.E. Abang was last heard on January 19 when he was granted N400 million bail, which he is yet to meet, was on allegation that the spokesman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) received N400 million from former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki.

This amount was supposed to be part of the $2.1 billion arms purchase scandal under Goodluck Jonathan government.

Also former governors of Imo and Jigawa states, Ikedi Ohakim and Sule Lamido correspondingly are expected to appear in court on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday January 26, 27 and 28 for further hearing on their corruption cases with the EFCC.
Olisa Metuh was also granted another bailin the sum N300m and two sureties in like sum for shredding his statement

When OBJ released his book, MY WATCH, One boy, Odumakin, some months later released a counter book, i forget the name of the book, but i could remember i wrote My own book yet to be publish, it is titled GOD IS WATCHING. Failure to publish my own book was actually because Sambo Dasuki refused to sponsor the publication, reasons best known to him but i think the Guy Dasuki was angry with me because of the Title of my Book, But now am happy and free to say i did not collect a dime from Dasuki or his agent and the Book is out-GOD IS WATCHING. I expect Yinka Odumakin the author of Watch the Watcher abi whats the title to come out and tell Nigerians his own share he collec ed from Dasuki because i believed he has no money to publish an article in Newspaper and i knew him very well his Goat cannot do without Yams.

10,000 primary health centres coming for 774 councils
•‘60m Nigerians to access quality healthcare services in two years’
THE Federal Government plans to build 10,000 primary health centres in 774 local government areas to make medical care available to more Nigerians and decongest tertiary health institutions, the Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole, said yesterday.
He added that over 60 million indigent citizens would to be given access to quality healthcare delivery within the next two years under the health agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari.
