G-**ot was coined from the client’s first name — George’s Spot (The clients first name is George). The building is a commercial space designed for short-stay apartments, a gym, restaurant, pool, and outdoor leisure areas. The name itself is a suggestive double entendre, one that naturally brings a slightly naughty twist because of what it means. 😄 So now we’re curious… Do you think it’s a befitting name for a short-let apartment, or can you coin a better one? Pine Exclusive Packs

This plastic processing factory follows the principle of aerodynamics, inspired by a bird in flight. From the streamlined façade to the cantilevered entry canopies, from the steel structural framing to the composite panels and aluminium cladding, it tells a story of production processes—from raw materials to the finished product.

Our design approach is a shift from traditional factory projects, which often look drab and uninteresting. Here, form and function are considered siamese twins, working together seamlessly.

Intentionally Unfinished ...

W A Y M A K E R

It was to be an 'ordinary' Guest Chalet, a precursor to the main building which is to be a neo-classical structure.

However, at OUN Developers, we always add that little 'extra' to the ordinary. Designed with the idea of an old-fashioned motel in mind, we added a series of RC fins to act as privacy screens which also double as shading devices as the front façade is west-facing.

It comprises 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 on each level, a kitchen at the ground floor & a flexible living area on the first floor, there is a connecting bridge linking the elevated front to the sinking depths. The site is very undulating which makes the landscaping both interesting & challenging.

Located in Enugwu Ukwu, Anambra State, the name 'Way Maker' was coined because the Guest Chalet will act as a temporary family building while the main building is pulled down & rebuilt. Hence, it will 'make way'.
