Good morning Y'all lovers of RIVGIS. It may interest you to know that during this short Period we went on sabatical leave, EIGHTY FOUR (84) Certificates of Occupancy (C of Os) have been signed by His Excellency, The Governor of Rivers State. Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi.
One thing that interest me about this man is that, even if it takes him as early as 2am to sign these C of Os, he will defintly sign. You just take them to him and in a click of fingers he is on to work.

It came as a shock to us RIVGIS about the fateful Dana plane crash incident. We use this medium to express our heartfelt symphaty to the family, friends and loved one of those involved in this tragic episode. May The Good Lord give the fortitude to bear this great loss.
