Chief Okey Ahiwe is reputed for gathering men cleverer than himself

When I say that Sir Okey Ahiwe is well-known to me, I am speaking from the point of knowledge.

Methinks that 30 years are enough to know someone.

For these three decades, I have religiously followed Kikas.

For years now, I deployed quantum energy to find a major fault, but I am yet to find any though I am earnestly searching for one.

The greatest take-home from Kikas is his uncanny ability to gather sons and daughters of men cleverer than himself.

In all his undertakings, the Knight of St. Johns International has a knack for identifying talents and deploying them where they are best fitted.

Above all else, he is a humanist, a lover of God and a firm believer in the natural abilities of the sons and daughters of men.

I am prepared to follow that man who is humble enough to say, "I don't know, please teach me".

Chief Ahiwe doesn't impersonate success.

These are images of flooding in Lagos if it can happen in Lagos, Aba is not exceptional.

Like the Ngwa Road that was newly reconstructed, traders on daily basis beseech the roads with their wares and left domestic waste inside the drainage, the consequence of such is that after the rains, the flood will slowly disappear like in any other place.

I know your desperation but let's not turn every situation into propaganda material just to score cheap political gains.

If you like, go and swim inside the flood or take selfies with a fishing boat inside Ariaria market no amount of propaganda or deceitful campaigning will stop Okey Ahiwe from becoming the governor-elect come Saturday, March 18th, 2023.

KIKAS has the solution, he is prepared, and he is ready to deliver the greater Abia of our dreams and desire.

Abians will come out in large numbers to vote for PDP because.....

WHEN GOD WANTS TO BLESS A PEOPLE..... by Ukwu Rocks Emma (Impresario, VOTAR - Voice Of Truth And Reason):-

When God wants to bless a people, HE GIVES THEM A UNIFIER, A FOCUSED AND SELFLESS LEADER. That's OKEY AHIWE for Abia State!!! I am sure you'd agree with me if you've encountered this charismatic enigma that is popularly called KIKAS by people of all ages and persuasions in God's own State, Abia! The avalanche of votes of confidence for the man Okey Ahiwe is beyond party lines. An obidient voter was asked why he was rooting for Ahiwe. Hear him. "I have studied the man's character. If you love Peter Obi, you cannot help loving Ahiwe, a simple and efficient man." Indeed, the man, Okey Ahiwe is an amiable personality that has often been described as WATER because he, like water, has no enemies- going by his acceptance across all strata of the Abia citizenry.

This diligent Knight of the Order of St. John International epitomizes the Christlike characteristic of treating every and anyone with love and without any sign of discrimination. Unlike some politicians who would smile at you while harbouring evil in their hearts, KIKAS' smiles are for real, his legendary philanthropy has no strings attached, his mentorship of countless enterprising young men and women of Abia extraction is as free as crusade blessings. This Pioneer President of Ngwa Patriots Forum, this alumnus of the University of Lagos and Abia State University, with a Masters in Political Science, this Boardroom guru in Project Management, Quality control and assurance and this quintessential administrator is tailor-made for Abia State of today.

This Okey is simply okay for ABIA at this point in time where politics has divided us and pitched brothers against brothers more than ever before. Apart from being a focused and result oriented young man, Ahiwe's midas touch in human engineering and his years as Member, Ohaneze Ndigbo's Reconciliation Committee will come in handy in a post-cantankerous Abia polity to usher in love and mutual respect. Of course, Ahiwe's persona and positive disposition will accelerate the healing process and enthrone the needed stability for aggressive development and quantum progress.

If you know Okechukwu Ambrose Ahiwe like his numerous admirers do, you'd agree that whatever he touches , turns to gold. When, decades ago, he formed his now famous companies, AMBROKAH INVESTMENT LIMITED and POWER-TRIM NIGERIA LIMITED, industry observers thought they were just the routine oil and gas companies sprouting up here and there then. But the industrious and ingenious CEO, Okey Ahiwe, proved them wrong. He put his humility and down-to-earth-ness to advantage.

He decided to be of service to the other companies instead of engaging in expensive and needless competition. He became a service provider to his contemporaries. That was how his companies became integrated major players in the sub-sector of the oil and gas industry, supporting multinational oil firms and growing with them. From being a servant to his contemporaries, he became in high demand and indispensable thereto. Ahiwe's humility has always been one of his strong points. Others are his accessibility and unassuming nature.

His noiseless dexterity and attention to details always gave him the heads-up. He showed a sample of this during his stint as Chief of Staff where he simplified government business and generated efficiency. Abians should expect a capable, humble and humane leader in this Umuire Eziama Ntigha born UGOMBA. They should expect selflessness from this consummate philanthropist who had built roads for his people, rehabilitated schools and awarded numerous scholarships long before venturing into politics. Chief Okey Ahiwe is any Political Party's dream candidate for Governor. PDP is lucky that such a loveable, trusted, admired and capable character is flying their ticket for Governor of Abia State. A team player.

A man who will never change because of power. A simple and focused goal-getter. The ebullient candidate of the People's Democratic Party possesses traits that are endearing to our people. Any wonder the resolve of a large section of Abians to give their votes to Ahiwe and the umbrella Party come Saturday, March 18, 2023.

That is where I, too, will be voting. Umbrella!! Abia shall be Okey!!!

WE MUST NEVER FORGET!

SIR AMBROSE OKECHUKWU AHIWE IS THE MAN!!

Abia does not need self acclaimed Messiahs. Abia does not need people posturing to rescue Abia from the abyss. Abia does not need people without vision.

What Abia needs is a man with sound vision and specific steps for realizing them. SIR AMBROSE OKECHUKWU AHIWE IS THE MAN.

Abia needs someone who will consolidate and sustain what's on ground.

Correctivism is empty sloganeering and propaganda. It has never worked anywhere.

It didn't work during the military era. In the pretense of correcting the political upheavals of the First Republic, the military dragged Naigeria into avoidable civil war and unimaginable carnage.

In the guise of correcting alleged corruption and economic downturn in the Second Republic, they sentenced Nigeria to worst forms of corruption, profligacy, impunity and economic quagmire.

What of the Buhari administration? To what extent has it corrected the ills it claimed it would correct; corruption, insecurity, economic downturn, etc.? Have all these problems not worsened under the Buhari administration?

Sir Okey Ahiwe visualizes an Abia that guarantees good, abundant and fulfilled life for all. This Abia of our dream will be realized through participatory and accountable governance that
will harness and effectively utilize all available resources for sustainable transformation, advancement, development and welfare of Abia State and its people.

Sir Ahiwe beckons all and sundry to:
“join hands to build an open, transparent and accountable government” that will:
1. prioritize salaries and pensions, and resolve all outstanding wage issues

2. publish quarterly and annually, reports on government income and expenditure;

3. run open procurement for transparency, value for money, and quality delivery;

4. use technology to cut out waste and plug leakages;

5. implement e-Government for easy public access to government affairs;

6. set monthly performance targets for Commissioners and Heads of Agencies;

7. work with town unions to agree on project priorities and implementation;

8. run an inclusive government with 35% female representation;

9. enforce Disability Rights Act in appointments and government processes;

10. deliver topnotch, transparent, and accountable governance;

11. build an Abia that will witness unprecedented growth and prosperity.

12. respect and uphold the rule of law in all situations".

SIR AMBROSE OKECHUKWU AHIWE IS THE MAN!
