Gov. Alex Otti is a proven leader with a listening and attentive heart. He has heard me several times and honoured my federal constituency immensely. These approvals demonstrate his commitment to balanced development and his passion for improving the lives of Abians, especially those in rural areas. I remember drawing his attention to the bad state of the road and requested for an intervention which he granted.

The Ikwuano people are deeply grateful. This road will open up our communities, ease movement of goods and farm produce, and connect our local economy to the rest of Abia and beyond.

I remain committed to working hand in hand with the state government to ensure successful ex*****on and maintenance of these projects. Together, we will build an Abia that stands as a model of excellence in governance and development.

Flag off date is 24th October, 2025. See you there.

House of Reps have finally approved my Bill to establish Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Ikwuano, Abia State. This is very necessary to create easy access to medical needs for the people of Ikwauno as a Local Government and create jobs for the people of my constituency.
This is a win for us as we expect more by the special grace of God.

Education is the key to unlocking the full potential of any society. We have made substantial progress in supporting our students through scholarships and educational grants. However, to truly build an inclusive society, we must ensure that non-indigenes who call this place home are not left behind.

We will expand our educational support to reach non-indigenes because development should not be selective. Whether you’re from Abia, Enugu, Akwa Ibom, Benue, or any other state, if you live here, contribute here, and send your children to school here, then you deserve to benefit from our programs.

Our goal is to eliminate barriers to education and ensure that no child or youth is left behind because of where their parents come from. We are one people under God, and our diversity should be our strength, not a basis for exclusion.

We cannot build a stronger Nigeria by isolating those who live among us. It is time we all rose above parochial sentiments and focused on collective progress.

Our prayers remains that God should honor these efforts. We won't relent.

The prolonged detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, despite multiple court rulings in his favor, is no longer just a legal matter but a moral burden on the conscience of our people.
Where are our voices? Where are the Igbo intelligentsia, the statesmen, the clergy, and the business leaders? Silence in the face of injustice is complicity. This is the time to speak with one accord, not just for Nnamdi Kanu, but for the dignity of our people.

Let us not pretend that peace and reconciliation are optional. They are indispensable if we are to rebuild trust, heal wounds, and strengthen our union as a nation.
We cannot continue to alienate or marginalize genuine voices calling for equity, fairness, and justice. Doing so will only widen the cracks in our national fabric.

This is the moment for collective courage,
If the elites, intelligentsia, and leaders of our region do not rise to the occasion, then we risk betraying not just Nnamdi Kanu but the hopes of millions of our people who look up to us for guidance and protection.

Federal Government should urgently revisit its current policy on the mode of payment to contractors handling projects across the country.

Non-payment of contractors not only erodes public trust in government’s ability to manage projects effectively but also delays ex*****on, inflates costs, and places further strain on public resources. If urgent action is not taken, this prolonged issue will damage the reputation of both government and contractors, thereby undermining future collaboration
