ANNOUNCING 'ANATOMY OF FEMALE POWER'
About 2012, I read the book, "Anatomy of Female Power" by Chinweizu Ibekwe and came to the conclusion that the most powerful sect on earth is the female race: and in the fight between GOOD AND EVIL, whichever force has the 'support' of the female race wins the fight.
The month of March has remained a ceremonial month for the female race; Mother's Day and Women's Day with different topics and targeted interest.
In commemoration of these global events, this month's edition of HOLDING TALKS ON LOST CHILDHOOD will amplify the POWER of WOMANHOOD which starts from GIRLHOOD.
It is not a gender-talk
It is an awakening and conscientization to the fact that greatness in WOMANHOOD should start from investing in the GIRLHOOD
Get ready and let's appraise the power of womanhood

D-DAY.
Today, I will be undertaking a public discourse on a sensitive issue which over the years, has received little or no attention (it deserves).
As one interested in tackling LOST CHILDHOOD (and its associate effects on childhood development) as well as representing an NGO D'griots ChildsOutreach, I will be sharing thoughts on Street Children: their beautification displayed in acts like POLITICS OF COMPASSION, PATRONIZATION AND ROMANTICIZATION OF STREET CHILDREN.
Considering the sensitive nature of this topic, you are specially invited to join us as we deliberate as a COMMUNITY

A DAY TO 'BEAUTIFICATION OF STREETISM'
- 8 out of 10 street children are forced to grow up too fast, falling prey to drugs, trafficking, thuggery, and other vices.
- Many have families searching for them, and their childhoods are being lost on the streets.
A discourse on this reveals:
*The creation of unrealistic expectations
**How the society gets distracted from their real needs
***The unconscious shifting of focus away from providing practical support and solutions to the kids on the street
The session seeks to make a strong statement on the importance of reframing our understanding and addressing the harsh realities faced by street children.
