What About Children With Disabilities?

Children and adolescents with disabilities are a highly diverse group with wide-ranging life experiences. They live in every community, and are born with or acquire distinct impairments that, in relation to their surroundings, lead to functional difficulties – like seeing, walking, communicating, caring for oneself or making friends. Here at CARTDIC we work towards the creation of a society and a world where children with disabilities will be seen as creations of God and helped reach their full potential.

Most disabilites are caused by unpleasant and unaccomodating social environments or attitudes. We respond by promoting accesibility for Children and youths to live to the fullest and actualize their God-given purpose in life. We also provide free and professional medical care to our Children with the help of our professional medical team.

Children with disabilities often work hard to accommodate themselves to an inaccessible world that excludes them. But they are not problems that need to be fixed or changed.

Disability is part of the diversity of human experience: Functional limitations manifest in the life cycle of every one of us. The extent to which children with disabilities are able to lead happy lives depends on our own willingness to confront barriers to change.

To get to the grass root/ communities; with Smart Teens Club(STC) rescuing their destinies from the valley of failure, confusion, stagnation and destruction.
To harvest and re-orient them for a new lease of life and position them for positive impact.
To locate the drop-out for a literacy program and organize scholarship towards fulfilling their educational dream.
