Divert Your Energy to the Progress and Development of Bayelsa.

First, I wish to clear the air: I never snubbed the Deputy Governor.

For the record, when the Deputy Governor arrived at the Bayelsa stand at the convention ground, I was the first person to approach and shake hands with him. Even after he proceeded to greet the Governor, we exchanged pleasantries again. This is a fact the Deputy Governor himself can attest to.

As a matter of fact, I have maintained a long-standing relationship with the Deputy Governor, dating back to his time as a member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly. I hold this relationship in high regard and continue to value the mutual respect we have built over the years.

Let me therefore use this medium to urge and encourage our people to channel their energy and time toward the development and progress of our dear state, rather than engaging in distractions and unfounded narratives.

This clarification has become necessary in light of the misleading claims being circulated by some individuals on social media alleging that I snubbed the Deputy Governor.
