Growing up as a Child/Youth Hon. Ibarakumo's name has never been found in record book(s) of dubious youths, as he has always believed to be zealous and working hard legally to earn a meaningful life not just for himself, but also to anyone who comes in contact with him. Hon. Ibarakumo is passionate, emphatic and selfless about his people. One can say Hon. Ibarakumo is an epitome of Abraham Lincoln's definition of Democracy, this is true because he believes the people owns the Government, The Government should be for the people, hence what so ever should be done in the Government should be the people's wish. No wonder he earns the title from his people "The Grass Rooter"

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Hon. Ibarakumo is a contractor and the CEO of "IBARATEX VENTURE" where dredging of sand, sand supply, chippings, gravel and other related activities are daily carried out.
As a selfless man, Hon. Ibarakumo has about 25 employees under his wage bill in "IBARATEX VENTURE". It is important to know that, till date no employee has ever cried for none payment of salary, because salaries are paid as at when due.
As an altruistic man who want to see others doing well in the area of business, Hon. Ibarakumo has opened Small Scale Business for not less than 50 persons in KOLOKUMA/OPOKUMA and Bayelsa State at large. As he would always say, "I will give you fish and also teach you how to catch fish"
