Our Team 2, comprising Dr. Abiral Subedi and Mr. Rohit Shrestha, left Thansing on Wednesday for Colony, Nuwakot, via the Galchi roadway to set up a medical camp. Due to the poor road conditions, they had a difficult journey and reached Kolfutar after approximately 10 hours of travel, where they stayed overnight. On Thursday, they resumed their journey towards Colony but got stuck at Tarakeswor Gaunpalika for approximately 4 hours due to the poor road conditions. As it was not feasible to continue further by road, they returned to Thansing via Kathmandu, completing approximately 12 hours of travel that day.
On Friday morning, they distributed relief donation materials collected by the Leo Club and Rotary Club of KUSMS, Dhulikhel Hospital. Some relief materials were distributed to Ward No. 5 of Bidur, some to the APF personnel at Devighat, and the remaining items to different holding centres in Trishuli. The relief supplies included rice, beaten rice (chiura), dry food items, clothes, water bottles, slippers, and other essential supplies, which were distributed to people staying at the holding centres. The team worked closely in coordination with the CG Foundation throughout the relief activities.

Later that day, they were flown from Bidur to Colony by an Army helicopter, where they conducted a two-day medical camp on Friday and Saturday, providing medical care to approximately 80 people, including pediatric, geriatric, and young adult patients.
During the medical camp, patients with known comorbidities, including COPD, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and thyroid disorders, were provided with their required regular medications, including bronchodilators, antihypertensive medications, oral hypoglycemic agents, and thyroid medications. Other commonly required medicines, including antihistamines, ORS, analgesics, antipyretics, and antibiotics, were also dispensed according to clinical need. The team also distributed Syaahaar products containing essential supplies to people staying at the holding centre.
Following completion of the medical camp, the team was safely flown back to Bidur by Army helicopter on Saturday and has now safely returned to Thansing Outreach.
