Team Impact

We, Team Impact, organized the Sauraha campaign, and the team raised awareness about menstruation in a government school located in a rural area of Chitwan. The team was led by Tseten Doma Sherpa with her seven conscientious members. This was our first social service campaign, and we were dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of young girls by educating them on menstrual hygiene management and distributing sanitary pads to those in need. Our main objective was to distribute sanitary pads to girls in need and to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene management among adolescents.

We donated sanitary pads to the government school and provided training on proper sanitary hygiene and its significance. We taught them how to use sanitary pads and educated them on proper disposal methods. Additionally, we installed sanitary pad boxes near the toilets for emergency use.
