Honourable citizens of this nation,
The time has come for us to raise our voices against the inequality, corruption, and exploitation that have plagued our beloved land for far too long.
We cannot remain silent while our so-called leaders—elected to serve the people—live in luxury and excess, protected by power and privilege, while ordinary citizens struggle to survive.
Look around you.
*Sher Bahadur Deuba lives in a massive mansion in Deuba Chwok, Budhanilkantha, while his son buys land as if money were infinite.
*K.P. Sharma Oli owns grand homes in Balkot—built, no doubt, from the sweat of the working class—yet the origins of his wealth remain unaccounted for.
*Prachanda, the so-called people's leader, resides in Khumaltar—not in his own home, but in one owned by a businessman accused of corruption. Is rent being paid? If so, how is it affordable on a government salary? If not, what political favor is being traded?
These are not petty questions. These are matters of justice, accountability, and the very soul of our nation.
How is it that those who claim to champion the people live in palaces, while the true people of Nepal suffer daily? Where are the sources of their wealth? Are they paying their taxes? If not, what is the cost of their silence, and what corrupt bargains are being made behind closed doors?
To the workers, the party cadres, the youth, and all those who believe in a just Nepal—will you turn a blind eye to this betrayal? Will you continue to follow those who have sold your dreams for their own comfort?
No! We must not stay silent.
To ignore injustice is to support it. Those who close their eyes now are no different from the oppressors. They are enemies of the people, enemies of progress, enemies of Nepal’s future.
It is time to rise.
It is time to demand transparency.
It is time to confront the corrupt and dismantle their empire of lies.
Let us declare this as the beginning of a new era—not just of rhetoric, but of revolutionary action.
We will no longer stand by while the rich steal from the poor.
We will no longer allow the powerful to rob this nation of its dignity.
We will rise, expose the truth, and demand that the resources of this country serve the people, not a privileged few.
This is our struggle.
This is our revolution.
And we—the Nepal Socialist Council (NSC)—will not stop until justice prevails.

सङ्कल्पकाव्यम् - नेपाल क्रान्तिकारी दलस्य उद्घोषः
समुदायं बलं विधाय, सहयोगं च संस्थितम्।
समतेः पन्थानं वयं, राष्ट्रं नूतनमर्जयामः॥
राष्ट्रप्रमुखो निर्वाच्यः, प्रत्यक्षेण जनैः स्थिरः।
सप्त प्रादेशप्रमुखाश्च, शासनं यत्र सम्मतम्॥
संघे सप्तत्युत्तरसप्ततिः, समानुपातिकी सभा।
प्रत्येक प्रदेशे द्विशतं चतुःषष्टिः, यत्र सभा युता॥
न वेतनं तेषां भवति, सेवायां केवलं तत्परम्।
आहारं व्ययांशं च, न्यूनतमं लभ्यते शुभम्॥
मन्त्रिणः राष्ट्रप्रमुखेन, समितेः सिफारिशेण च।
समितिर्मन्त्रालयानां, विशेषज्ञैः सज्जिता।
सचिवाः भूतपूर्वाश्च, मन्त्रिणश्च सन्ति यत्र।
सांसदाः मन्त्रिणो न स्युः, कर्तव्यं स्वं यथारुचिम्॥
स्वास्थ्यं शिक्षां च सर्वजनानाम्, भवनं मुक्तं प्रदीयते।
राष्ट्रं यत्र सदा ध्यायेत्, सन्तोषं च सर्वहिताय॥
कृषिभूमिं च ग्रामे भूमिं, सामूहिकेण प्रदीयते।
सर्वस्य गृहं यत्र स्यात्, नगरग्रामसमत्वतः॥
विदेशीयगृहपत्रं लभेत, तस्य सम्पत्तिः समाश्रितम्।
समाजं तं गृहीत्वा, धर्मः स्थापयते पुनः॥
विदेशीय नागरिको भवेत्, तस्य भूमिः त्याज्यते।
माता पिता वृद्धाश्रमं गच्छेत्, सम्पत्तिः पुत्रे न लभ्यते॥
जडीबुटीनां अनुसन्धानं, प्रत्येक स्थले विशालकम्।
वैज्ञानिकं नवविकासं, राष्ट्रं वित्तयते नित्यम्॥
सङ्घं सहयोगं च राष्ट्रं, उत्पादनं च ब्राण्डयते।
स्थानीयं सम्पत्तिं च विदेशे, विक्रयं शुभमर्जयते॥
जनाधालतं संरचयित्वा, राष्ट्रहितं निश्चयति।
पूर्वराष्ट्रप्रमुखो मुख्यः, न्यायाध्यक्षश्च सन्ति यत्र।
तीसांशजनमतं पश्येत्, नीतिमलं समूलं हरति।
शासनं यदि वञ्चयति, जनाधालतं निवारयति॥
जयतु समुदायः, जयतु क्रान्तिः, जयतु राष्ट्रं नूतनम्।
समतेः पन्थानं चालयन्तः, वयं नवलक्ष्यं साधयामः॥

Attaining something is not winning, nor is losing something a defeat. It is merely the effect of time and the cycle of life. Change is the eternal law of nature, which cannot be stopped. Some scenarios may show us that iniquity gets everything, but it is only temporary. Therefore, neither take pride in what you gain through fortune nor despair over what you lose. Everything is a flow of time and the beauty of life, dear.

The struggle of the working class is the heartbeat of society. The principles of cooperatives and community solidarity once envisioned a fair distribution of labor’s rewards, but today, these very structures have fallen under the control of broker capitalism. Cooperatives and community systems, which were once pathways to equality and prosperity, have now become tools of exploitation, riddled with scandals and manipulated by a single class for their own benefit.
In such a scenario, a silent revolution is essential—a revolution of awareness that breaks the chains of broker capitalism and leads us toward true socialism. There must be a revival of cooperatives and communities, but as instruments of collective empowerment rather than tools for profit. Under the leadership of the working class, and through unity and equality, we can build a system where the fruits of labor belong not to the few but to all. This revolution will not be one of noise but of consciousness, guiding us toward real and long lasting change.
