“Inhale, and God approaches you. Hold the inhalation, and God remains with you. Exhale, and you approach God. Hold the exhalation. And surrender to god.”
TIRUMALAI KRISHNAMACHARYA
To understand oneself is to be one with God. As river seeps into the vast ocean to complete itself, our agony of duality molds into the oceanic vastness of the creator. We will know what we had lost was always inside, always present. All humans seek bliss but our sensory receptors only give us a part of it. All happiness is bliss bestowed by the mercy of God yet we are enjoying small rivulets as source of everything while the vast ocean remains unexplored. So, here comes a question how can we reach the ocean?
To prepare your body for the divine the clear way is Hatha Yoga. In this system, we understand how our body and mind works. To make a machine work under our will we must know how it is made and how as whole the functionality is working together. Similarly, understanding our body and mind we will be able to control them and work for the true cause of our birth.
By the grace of God, Nepal Online School has been given this great opportunity to tell people about Hatha Yoga and make them learn about some of its basics. With experienced Yoga masters with more than 12 years of experience we are hoping this free yoga sessions will help people from all level of their careers to help them know a little more.
