४१ औं सामाजिक सेवा दिवस सन्दर्भमा राष्ट्रिय अपाङ्ग कोषको आयोजना निम्न बमोजिमको कार्यक्रमहरु तय गरिएको छ ।

National Disabled Fund #(NDF) # is a humanitarian organization, under the umbrella of social welfare Council, was established on 31st Dec 1981. A separate organization was essential to continue. International Disabled day for which economic source was managed from individual, national and international organization. After they feel need of separate organization, by utilization rights of National Co-ordination council Act 2034(23), National Disabled Fund was established in 2039 Bs. In 2049 Bs, policies of national disabled fund was modified and continues under social welfare council Act 2049(26) and at 2055 that policies under fifth modification 2073, National Disabled Fund works under Social welfare Council which works under Ministries.

As a humanitarian organization, NDF has been rendering support to Persons with Disabilities through implementing meaningful charitable programs focusing on education vocational trainings, physical rehabilitation, and enhancing living conditions of People with Disabilities for over more than three decades.
