Great news! Nepali Government will consider to reduce cost of the Upper Mustang and Dolpo special permits from 500 USD to 100 USD per person for the next trekking season. That's great opportunity to trek there! It will be a temporary solution in order to attract more visitors to Nepal. Do you need a partner to go with in September -October?
